MONROE — On Saturday, Oct. 19:

●  John D. Trolinger, 45, Monroe, was arrested on a felony fourth-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2 a.m. following a stop for a traffic offense in the 900 block of 12th Avenue. He was jailed pending court.

●  Shawn W. Boss, 19, Monroe, was cited for underage drinking, sixth offense, after officers responded at 8:50 p.m. to a public disturbance in a residential neighborhood in the 500 block of 21st Street. He was released to a responsible person.
