Albany Police

ALBANY — Tanner J. Stephan, 19, Albany, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 7, on charges of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and battery with use of a dangerous weapon.


Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — Carlos Morales, 23, South Wayne, was arrested on charges of hit-and-run to an unoccupied vehicle and driving without a valid license (second offense) at 10:29 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, following a traffic crash on Galena Street. He was also cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance and following too closely. He was released pending court.

On Sunday, Nov. 3:

●  A bartender and an underager were cited after officers responded to an anonymous tip of underage presence at Trailside Bar, 301 Main St. At about 1:05 a.m., Dillon P. Donahoe, 20, Platteville, was cited for underage drinking and being an underage person present in a tavern, and Debra S. Edwards, 56, Shullsburg, was cited for selling alcohol to an underage person.

●  Thomas Biehn, 58, Burlington, was cited for speeding at 12:28 p.m. following a traffic stop on Wis. 23.

●  Jaqueline Hernandez-Alarcon, 19, Darlington was cited for no vehicle insurance, no driver’s license and hit-and-run to property adjacent to a highway at 9:30 a.m. following a complaint of a hit-and-run in the 900 block on Wis. 23 north of Darlington.

Matthew J. Ritchey, 25, Mineral Point, was cited for driving without a valid license at about 10:25 p.m. Friday, Nov. 8, following a traffic stop on Wis. 23.

On Saturday, Nov. 9:

●  Dawn C. Marr, 56, Belmont, was cited for non-registration of an auto at 12:49 a.m. following a traffic stop on Wis. 81.

●  Cody A. Pendleton, 27, Darlington, was cited for driving without vehicle insurance at about 7:25 p.m. following a traffic stop on Galena Street.

●  Donald J. Sears, 31, Princeville, Illinois, was arrested for operating while intoxicated on an ATV at 11:08 p.m. following a traffic stop on Wis. 23. He was also cited for an ATV/UTV access route violation.

On Monday, Nov. 11:

●  Lawrence D. Wedig, 70, Darlington, was cited for property maintenance violations after failing to comply with three warnings at a rental property on Madison Street and three warnings at a rental property on Ohio Street.


Monroe Police

MONROE — On Monday, Nov. 4:

●  Russell A. Kershaw, 32, Austin, Texas, formerly of Madison, turned himself in at 10:52 a.m. in the police department lobby on a warrant issued by Monroe Police for failure to appear in court on a 2016 charge of threatening injury or harm by computer message. He was jailed pending court.

●  Peter J. Knutson, 40, Monroe, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor and felony bail jumping after officers responded at 2:45 p.m. to the intersection of 17th Avenue and 12th Street for a report that he was screaming at another man out on the sidewalk and causing a disturbance. Knutson is under bond conditions prohibiting additional law violations, hence the bail jumping charges. He was jailed pending court.

On Wednesday, Nov 6:

●  Kole A. Figi, 25, Monroe, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on a child support warrant issued by the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office. He was jailed.

On Friday, Nov. 8:

●  Micki F. Nafzger, 25, Monroe, was taken into custody at 9:32 p.m. on a hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for violating rules of his probation. He was jailed.

●  Brandon S. Richardson, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police responded at 11:11 p.m. to a disturbance at a residence in the 1000 block of 4th Avenue West. He was transported to the jail and later released after posting bond.

On Sunday, Nov. 10:

●  Shawn M. Hopkins, 29, Monroe, was arrested  on two counts of felony bail jumping and one count of misdemeanor bail jumping at 1:20 a.m. in the 1300 block of 17th Street, after officers learned he had violated his court-ordered bond restrictions by drinking alcohol. He was jailed pending court.

●  Victor Hugo Martinez-Rosales, 33, Monroe, was stopped and cited for driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop at 5:28 a.m. in the 1600 block of 4th Avenue West. He was then arrested on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping after officers learned he had violated his court-ordered bond conditions by operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. He was also arrested on a Green County warrant for failure to appear in court on a previous charge of driving without a valid license. He was jailed pending court.

●  Police responded to an abandoned 911 call at 9:58 p.m. in the 700 block of 16th Avenue. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Dustin R. Egger, 31, Monroe, on a domestic abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct. He was booked and released after posting bond.


Green County Sheriff

MONROE — On Monday, Nov. 4:

●  Tammy Klapper-Kaderly, 48, Monroe, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. at the Green County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. She was jailed. 

●  Kortney M. Lisser, 35, Albany, was arrested  at 6:19 p.m. at the Green County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. She was jailed.

On Friday, Nov. 8:

●  A disturbance involving a weapon and an argument about drugs and money was reported at 7:44 a.m. at a residence in the N2200 block of County OK, Town of Spring Grove. Investigation led to the arrest of Jeffery L. Dietzman, 39, Juda on charges of possessing a firearm as a felon and possessing drug paraphernalia. In addition, Charli M. Pote, 35, Janesville, was arrested on charges of felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and possessing drug paraphernalia. Both she and Dietzman were jailed pending court.

●  Jacalyn L. Bartosik, 59, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol after deputies stopped her at 8:12 p.m. for operating left of center in the W6400 block of County C, Town of Washington. She was also cited for operating left of center
