MONROE — On Sunday, March 10:

●  Melissa A. Haak, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a domestic abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded at 1:13 a.m. to a 911 call in the W4800 block of Pembridge Trail, Town of Sylvester. Haak was taken to the jail, where she later posted cash bond and was released pending court.

●  Carson S. McMannes, 34, New Glarus, was arrested on a first-offense, alcohol-related charge of operating while intoxicated after deputies stopped him at 7:30 p.m. in the W3000 block of Wis. 92, Town of Exeter. He was also cited for speeding, operating left of center, failure to stop for a stop sign, driving without vehicle insurance, possession of open intoxicants, driving without a valid license and driving with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. He was released to a responsible party, pending court.

On Wednesday, March 13:

●  Christian A. Evans, 36, Brodhead, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after deputies responded at 9:54 p.m. to a domestic disturbance in the N3900 block of Sunrise Circle, Town of Decatur. He posted cash bond and was released pending court.

●  Michelle L. Yates, 32, Albany, was arrested on charges of domestic abuse-related disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to a dwelling after deputies responded to a report of domestic abuse in the 100 block of North East Street in Albany at 3:42 a.m. Thursday, March 14. She was jailed pending bond or court.

●  Aaron J. Hendrickson Jr., 18, Hollandale, was cited for keeping open intoxicants in a motor vehicle as a passenger and third-offense underage alcohol consumption after deputies responded to a report of a subject passed out in a vehicle in a parking lot in the 100 block of Wis. 69 in Monticello at 4:15 a.m. Saturday, March 16. He was released to a responsible party pending court.

●  Carlos D. Mejia Romero, 29, Monroe, was cited for speeding, driving without a valid license (second offense) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance in the N6000 block of Wis. 69, Town of Mount Pleasant, at 4:54 a.m. Wednesday, March 20.


Darlington Police 

DARLINGTON — Brandon F. Fernandes, 36, Darlington, was arrested on charges of strangulation, false imprisonment, battery and disorderly conduct at 4:31 a.m. Friday, March 8, following a report of a domestic-related incident at a residence on East Street.

●  Deborah A. Champion, 50, Darlington, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large at 7:47 p.m. Saturday, March 9, following a complaint on Washington Street.

●  Maurice Nix, 54, Darlington, was arrested on a Dane County warrant and cited for shoplifting at a business on Wells Street following police contact at a residence on Lucy Street at about 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 12.

●  Two Monroe residents were arrested during a traffic stop on East Louisa Street early Saturday, March 16. Sumer D. Ekena, 42, was arrested at about 2:25 a.m. on charges of possessing methamphetamine paraphernalia, THC, drug paraphernalia and an illegally obtained prescription. Thomas C. Ekena, 49, was arrested at about 2:55 a.m. on charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possessing methamphetamine paraphernalia, THC and drug paraphernalia. He was also arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated.


Albany Police

ALBANY — Octavio Ruiz Miranda, 41, Madison, was cited for driving without a valid license Thursday, March 14.

●  Kevin J. Venden, 34, Brodhead, was cited for driving with a suspended license Sunday, March 17.

●  Scott W. Best, 59, Albany, was cited for non-registration of a motor vehicle Sunday, March 17.
