MONROE — Michael S. Teal, 51, Monroe, turned himself in at 8:14 a.m. May 12 at the Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Probation and Parole. 

●  Joshua R. Wieser, 18, rural New Glarus, was arrested for absolute sobriety at 12:58 a.m. May 15 in the W4700 block of Edelweiss Road, Town of New Glarus. He was also cited for underage alcohol consumption. He was released to a responsible party.
