Monroe Police

MONROE — Zachari L. Andrews, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a felony charge of possession of THC and cocaine at 4 p.m. June 29 in the 800 block of 9th Street. He was also cited for driving while suspended and no vehicle insurance. He was jailed. 

●  Allen S. Bechtolt, 36, Monroe, was arrested on a second-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:35 a.m. July 4 on 13th Street and 20h Avenue. He was released to a responsible party.

●  Kevin M. Repa, 32, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration at 9:44 p.m. July 6 in the 1900 block of 6th Street as a result of a one-way street traffic violation. He was also cited for driving the wrong way on a one-way street. He was released to a responsible party.

● Sean A. Hilton, 49, Cashton, was arrested on a charge of bail jumping at 4:38 a.m. July 9 in the 500 block of 18th Avenue. He was also cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia. He was jailed. 

●  Joshua J. Nielsen, 36, Monroe, was arrested on a charge of battery and disorderly conduct at 4:02 a.m. July 10 at a residence in the 1000 block of 12th Avenue. He was also charged with two counts of bail jumping from prior cases. He was jailed. 

●  Ashley J. Kollatz, 25, Brodhead, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:46 a.m. July 11 in the 2200 block of 16th Street. She was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration, failure to stop at stop sign and open intoxicants in vehicle. She was released to a responsible party.

●  Eric C. Pann, 40, Monroe, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant at 3:13 p.m. July 13 on 6th Street and 16th Avenue. He was jailed.


Brodhead Police

BRODHEAD — On July 9: 

●  Three juveniles were verbally warned for curfew hours at 12:37 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. 

●  A Janesville man, 31, was arrested on a charge of felony bail jumping at 1:09 a.m. in the 1900 block of 1st Center Avenue. Additional charges are being referred to the Green County District Attorney. 

●  Suspicious activity involving sleeping was reported at 7:25 a.m. in the N100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Subject was transported to Brooklyn. 

●  A gas drive-off was reported at 11:02 a.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Center Avenue. Subject returned to pay for fuel. 

●  Verbal harassment was reported at 2:07 p.m. in the 300 block of 14th Street. Verbal warnings were issued. 

●  Junk outside of residence was reported at 3:47 p.m. in the 400 block of East 6th Avenue. 

●  An Orfordville woman, 45, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and no proof of vehicle insurance at 6:11 p.m. in the 1600 block of 1st Center Avenue. 

●  An Evansville man, 18, was cited for possession of THC and drug paraphernalia at 7:01 p.m. in the 200 block of 1st Center Avenue. 

●  A Brodhead man, 37, was cited for failure to wear seatbelt at 7:17 p.m. in the 700 block of East Exchange Street. 

●  A Beloit woman, 33, was cited for driving after revocation at 7:34 p.m. in the 1800 block of 1st Center Avenue. 

●  A Beloit woman, 30, was arrested on a warrant issued by Rock County Sheriff’s Office at 7:39 p.m. in the 2300 block of East 9th Avenue. A 53-year-old Beloit man, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections and a 31-year-old Beloit woman was cited for non-registration of auto. 

On July 10: 

●  Suspicious activity involving an occupied vehicle parked outside of business after hours was reported at 2:29 a.m. in the 400 block of East 9th Avenue. Police were advised they were on their phone and would be leaving shortly. 

●  A vehicle in violation of the 48-hour parking ordinance was reported at 8:58 a.m. in the 600 block of 1st Center Avenue. Owner was advised to move vehicle. 

●  An animal problem was reported at 7:14 p.m. in the 1000 block of 5th Street. This matter was turned over to the Green County Health Department. 

● A fireworks violation was reported at 9:09 p.m. in the 1000 block of 19th Street. Officers found no evidence of fireworks being used. 

●  A fireworks violation was reported at 9:38 p.m. in the 1800 block of West 3rd Avenue. A verbal warning was issued. 


Lafayette County Sheriff

DARLINGTON — On June 21: 

●  A deputy assisted Darlington Police Department with a traffic accident at 3:12 a.m. on West Cornelia Street in Darlington. 

●  A 911 misdial was reported at 10:53 a.m. on County XX, Town of Belmont. 

●  Livestock on the roadway was reported at 1:41 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove, at 4:16 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Belmont and at 8:57 p.m. on Deery Road, Town of Kendall. 

●  An erratic driver was reported at 6:27 p.m. on Hidden Valley Lane, Town of Fayette. 

On June 22: 

●  A deputy assisted EMS at 5 a.m. on Lacey Road, Town of Wayne. 

●  A traffic hazard was reported at 9:27 a.m. on West Mound Road in Belmont and at 3:22 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Argyle. 

●  An animal problem was reported at 9:54 a.m. on Apple branch Road, Town of Argyle.
