MONROE — Trevor R. Frie, 27, Monroe, was arrested in the 1300 block of 10th Street at 8:28 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, on a warrant issued by the Green County Sheriff’s Office for nonpayment of child support. He was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was jailed pending court.
On Saturday, Dec. 29:
● Zackary T. Wedig, 29, Monroe, was arrested after officers observed him in a tavern at 1:32 a.m. in the 1300 block of 17th Street, in violation of his court-ordered conditions of bond not to consume alcohol or be in a tavern. He was charged with misdemeanor bail jumping and jailed until he posted the required bond and was released.
● Eulalio Pinada-Perez, 44, Brooklyn, was arrested on one count each of felony bail jumping and misdemeanor bail jumping after officers responded to a request for a welfare check at 10:38 p.m. in the 500 block of 6th Street. Pineda-Perez was found to be consuming alcohol, in violation of his court-ordered conditions of bond. He was jailed pending court.
On Sunday, Dec. 30:
● Amanda R. Meyer, 40, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:39 a.m. in the 400 block of West 8th Street, after being stopped for a traffic infraction. She was booked and then released to a responsible party pending court. She was also cited for unsafe lane deviation.
● Justin D. Nyman, 27, Monroe, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. in the 2000 block of 4th Street on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Community Corrections Probation and Parole Division, as a result of an earlier investigation into illegal activity. He was jailed pending further proceedings.
On Tuesday, Jan. 1:
● Savannah R. Topp, 33, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 12:55 a.m. in the 1000 block of 30th Avenue. She was also cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was booked and then released to a responsible party pending court.
On Wednesday, Jan. 2:
● Nancy B. Bacon, 70, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while under the influence of an intoxicant at 11:34 p.m. on 18th Avenue at 21st Street. She was released to a responsible person pending court.

NEW GLARUS — On Saturday, Dec. 22:
● Matthew J. Scott, 29, Monroe, was cited for non-registration of a motor vehicle at 9:26 p.m. in the 1300 block of Wis. 69.
On Sunday, Dec. 23:
● Police received a 911 call reporting a civil issue at 12:29 a.m. in the 10 block of 6th Avenue.
● A vehicle was cited for being parked in a handicapped stall at 10:28 a.m. in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue.
● Christopher D. Koelling, 40, Mount Horeb, was cited for speeding at 11:20 a.m. in the 1200 block of Wis. 69.
● A vehicle was cited at 12:36 p.m. for being parked facing the wrong direction in a parking stall in the 200 block of 2nd Street.
● A set of keys found in the 10 block of 6th Avenue was turned over to police at 4:55 p.m.
On Monday, Dec. 24:
● Steffen M. Gahm, 25, Pearl City, Illinois, was cited for speeding at 2:11 p.m. in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.
● The Green County Sheriff’s Office requested police assistance with unlocking a vehicle in the N8200 block of Zentner Road at 3 p.m.
● Police assisted a motorist at 6:12 p.m. in the 500 block of Railroad Street.
On Tuesday, Dec. 25:
● Police received a complaint at 5:45 p.m. of a possible intoxicated driver traveling from Dane County to New Glarus. The vehicle was not located.
On Wednesday, Dec. 26:
● Collin L. Brewer, 21, Albany, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with illegally tinted windows at 11:25 a.m. in the 1100 block of Wis. 69.
● The Green County Sheriff’s Office requested police assistance at 12:46 p.m. with a 911 call in the N9400 block of Wis. 69.
● Ethan M. Winter, 36, Stockton, Illinois, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance at 5:23 p.m. near the intersection of Wis. 69 and County W.
● Kristine M. Madsen, 49, New Glarus, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance at 6:22 p.m. in the 1400 block of 2nd Street.
● Maurice D. King, 48, New Glarus, was cited for driving without a valid license (third offense) after being stopped for an equipment violation at 9:28 p.m. in the 1200 block of Wis. 69.
● Police were requested at 10:51 p.m. to assist in helping a citizen who had fallen in the 900 block of 2nd Avenue.
On Thursday, Dec. 27:
● Police assisted the Green County Sheriff’s Office with a call at 3:31 p.m. regarding a homeowner in the Town of New Glarus who arrived home and found their front door standing open.
● Criminal damage to a lawn ornament was reported at 5:52 p.m. in the 800 block of 14th Avenue.
On Friday, Dec. 28:
● Police assisted a citizen who had locked their keys in their vehicle at 3:12 p.m. in the 1400 block of 2nd Street.
● Police responded at 5:21 p.m. for a welfare check in the 300 block of 5th Street. Everything was fine.
On Saturday, Dec. 29:
● Keys were reported lost in the 1700 block of 2nd Street at 9:54 a.m.
● Police assisted the Green County Sheriff’s Office with a one-vehicle crash at 11:34 p.m. in the N7000 block of County N.
● Police responded at 11:51 p.m. to a burglar alarm in the village. The building was checked and the key-holder contacted. It was a false alarm.

MONROE — On Friday, Dec. 28:
● Robert J. Johnson Jr., 31, Brooklyn, was arrested on a domestic abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct and on a probation hold through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections after deputies responded at 12:09 a.m. to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the W100 block of County C, Town of Brooklyn. He was jailed.
● Richard D. Jones Jr., 49, Brodhead, was cited for unlawful use of a telephone (serious threat) after deputies responded at 1:31 a.m to a residence for a report of harassing and threatening text messages being received.
● Brodie G. Flannery, 26, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. at the Green County Justice Center in Monroe on a Green County warrant. He was taken to the jail, then released after bond was posted.
On Saturday, Dec. 29:
● Nathaniel A. Judd, 18, Evansville, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property after deputies responded at 12:51 p.m. to a residence in the N6200 block of County J, Town of Adams, for a report of vandalism. He was jailed pending court or the posting of bond. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the case.
On Sunday, Dec. 30:
● Trenton T. Eisch, 20, Albany, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated after deputies responded at 1:32 a.m. to reports that a driver fled the scene of a single-vehicle crash in the N7100 block of Dougherty Creek Road, Town of Adams. Deputies later identified Eisch as the driver and located him. An investigation found he was northbound when he lost control and struck a tree in the east ditch. The vehicle was severely damaged and towed from the scene. Eisch reported no injuries. He was also cited for keeping open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, violating the Absolute Sobriety Law, failing to notify law enforcement of an accident, hit-and-run on property adjacent to a highway and failing to keep a vehicle under control. He was released pending a mandatory court appearance.
● Chantel M. Wilhite, 36, Brodhead, was arrested on a domestic abuse-related charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded at about 7:05 a.m. to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the W500 block of Myrt Lane, Town of Decatur. She was booked into the jail, then released after bond was posted.
