Darlington Police

DARLINGTON — Loyd B. Beesecker III, 49, Darlington, was cited for non-registration of an auto at 5:55 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, following a traffic stop on Main Street.

●  Jonathan Beltran-Osto, 40, Dubuque, Iowa, was cited for driving without a valid license at 5:49 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, following a traffic stop on Wis. 81.

●  Radimiro Gutierrez-Santacruz, 29, Darlington, was arrested on a third-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 11:58 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 12, following a slide-off accident on East Catherine Street. He was transported to the jail and remained jailed on a probation hold. He was also cited for unsafe backing and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

●  Bobbi J. Niedziejko, 39, Darlington, was cited for a health nuisance violation at 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, after failing to remove snow from the public sidewalk on her property.

●  Emilio A. Hernandez, 25, Mineral Point, was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid license (second offense) at 10:42 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, following a traffic stop on Washington Street. He was transported to the jail and later released on a signature bond.

On Sunday, Jan. 19:

●  Jefry D. Borjas-Gutierrez, 21, Platteville, was cited for driving with a suspended license at 12:31 a.m. following a traffic stop on Galena Street.

●  Eduin A. Martinez-Velasquez, 24, Darlington, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 2:26 a.m. following a traffic stop on Madison Street. He was also cited for driving with a suspended license.

●  Ulises A. Guevara-Mora, 20, Darlington, was cited for failure to yield for a yield sign at 1:54 p.m. following a traffic stop on East Mary Street.

●  Rebecca L. Kissel, 44, Jefferson, was cited for a health nuisance violation at 3:10 p.m. after failing to remove snow from public sidewalks on property she owns.

On Monday, Jan. 20:

●  Marlon Serrano, 26, Darlington, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and driving with a revoked license at about 6:45 a.m. following a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the 300 block of Main Street. He was booked at the Lafayette County Jail, then released to a responsible party. He was also cited for having open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

●  Melinda Bello, 32, Darlington, was cited for accumulating junk outside of a property in the alleyway of the 300 block of Main Street, following a complaint.

On Thursday, Jan. 23:

●  Donald A. Dargel, 31, Darlington, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated at 1:58 a.m. following police contact with the driver of a vehicle that lost control on Wells Street.


Monroe Police

MONROE — Stephanie R. Scott, 31, Monroe, was taken into custody on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections apprehension request for a probation violation at 8:58 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, after officers responded to a disturbance call in the 700 block of 10th Avenue Court. She was jailed.

MONROE — Jessica L. Sandlin, 33, Albany, was cited for driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop at North Jackson Street and West Main Street in Albany at 5:05 p.m. Monday, Jan. 20.

●  Mark M. Chambers, 56, Darlington, was cited for not wearing a seatbelt at 4:56 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Seymour.

●  Cassandra J. Williams, 31, Lancaster, was cited for an expired vehicle registration at 5:13 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.

●  Eric D. Pallesen, 54, Monroe, was cited for speeding at 5:23 p.m. on Wis. 11, Town of Gratiot.

●  Melinda J. Bello, 30, Darlington, was cited for failure to having working brake lights at 6:21 p.m. on Wis. 81, Town of Elk Grove.
