NEW GLARUS — On Thursday, Dec. 6:

●  A vehicle vs. sign accident was reported at 9:48 a.m. in the 600 block of Wis. 69. The Volkswagen van and the sign sustained minor damage. No injuries were reported.

●  A medical call was reported at 1:05 p.m. in the 1400 block of 2nd Street.

●  Police responded with the New Glarus Fire Department to a fire alarm at 4:55 p.m. in the 1400 block of 2nd Street.

●  Police investigated a disabled vehicle parked on 6th Avenue near Durst Road at 7:28 p.m. The driver was having a medical emergency and was transported to a medical facility.

●  A minor vehicle crash in a parking lot was reported at 8:13 p.m. in the 1400 block of 2nd Street.

●  Alison J. Zimmerman, 34, New Glarus, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after police responded to a domestic problem at 8:48 p.m. on Tower Circle. She was taken to the Green County Jail. The case has been referred to the Green County District Attorney’s Office for further review.

On Friday, Dec. 7:

●  Police responded to a 911 call at 12:50 a.m. in the 700 block of 2nd Avenue.

●  A juvenile was taken into custody and referred to Green County Human Services for criminal charges after police responded at 8:20 a.m. to a report of a disorderly person in the 1700 block of 2nd Street.

●  An animal problem was reported at 5:20 p.m. in the 300 block of 5th Avenue.

●  A parking complaint on private property was reported at 6 p.m. in the 1100 block of 1st Street.

●  Gregory J. Hoffman, 46, Belleville, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated after being stopped for an equipment violation at 8:17 p.m. in the 500 block of Wis. 69. He was also cited for possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without the required lights lit, having open intoxicants in the vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

On Saturday, Dec. 8:

●  Police responded to a 911 disconnect at 10:06 a.m. in the 700 block of 14th Avenue. There was no emergency.

●  A dog running at large in the 10 block of 14th Avenue was brought to police at 6:50 p.m. The owner was located and the animal returned.

●  Police were requested to assist with a medical call at 7:25 p.m. in the 700 block of Railroad Street.

●  Police assisted a person at 8:05 p.m. in the 1000 block of Wis. 69 with regaining access to a vehicle after the keys got locked inside.

On Sunday, Dec. 9:

●  Police assisted a man at 11:34 a.m. in the 1400 block of Wis. 69 with regaining access to his vehicle after the keys were accidentally locked inside.

●  At 4:58 p.m., police checked the welfare of an individual who had called 911 in the 400 block of 2nd Street.

On Tuesday, Dec. 11:

●  Daniel R. Rudolph, 29, Albany, was cited for operating a motor vehicle without insurance after police stopped him at 4:42 p.m. for failing to yield to a pedestrian in the crosswalk on 6th Avenue at Railroad Street.

On Wednesday, Dec. 12:

●  A parking complaint was reported at 12:03 p.m. in the 1000 block of 1st Street.

●  Antonio C. Hernandez, 16, Milwaukee, was cited for driving without a valid license, non-registration of a vehicle and having excessively tinted windows at 4:20 p.m. in the 500 block of Wis. 69.
