MONROE — On Sunday, July 28:
● A missing person who had fled on foot following a physical domestic altercation was reported at 12:03 a.m. in the 1700 block of 16th Street. The person, identified as Tonya T. Kinney, 41, Monroe, was later located on foot in the W4100 block of Wis. 11 and arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct. She was jailed pending court.
● Christian Aponte, 30, Monroe, was arrested on a first-offense charge of operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop at 2:50 a.m. in the 1600 block of Wis. 69. He was also cited for operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol concentration. He was jailed until release to a responsible person or the passage of a set amount of time, per state law.
● Justin D. Nyman, 27, was arrested on a Wisconsin Department of Corrections probation and parole warrant at 10:21 p.m. in the 1700 block of 16th Street. He was jailed pending court.
