On January 15:

● 12:28 p.m. A deputy responded to USH 151, Kendall Township for a one vehicle accident. Calvin A. Knight, 35, Pleasant Prairie was traveling on USH 151 when he lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway, entered the ditch, struck a fence and came to a rest. Knight reported no injuries. Knight’s 2005 Ford received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● 9:19 p.m. Lacey L. Leu, 41, Darlington reported striking a deer on STH 81, Lamont Township. Leu reported no injuries. Leu’s 2020 Jeep received functional damage and was driven from the scene

● 10:08 p.m. Lily M. Woodworth, 17, Gratiot was traveling on STH 78 when she slid through an intersection and struck a guardrail due to weather conditions. Woodworth reported no injuries. Woodworth’s 2019 Chevrolet received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 10:44 p.m. Benton Fire, Benton First Response, Hazel Green EMS, and a deputy responded to CTH W, New Diggings Township for a one vehicle rollover. Blain B. Gregory, 21, Cuba City was traveling on CTH W when he lost control of his vehicle, left the roadway, and entered the ditch causing his vehicle to roll. Gregory and his passenger, Klara E.M. Richardson, 23, Warren IL, reported no injuries. The 2004 Buick operated by Gregory received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

On January 19:

● 5:36 a.m. A deputy, Darlington Fire, Lafayette County EMS responded to STH 23, Darlington Township for a one vehicle accident. Madelyn A. Rose, 23, Dodgeville was traveling on STH 23 when she lost control of her vehicle due to road conditions, left the roadway, struck a mailbox, continued on, striking a tree, where she then came to rest. Rose reported no injuries. Rose’s 2012 Jeep received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Rose was cited for Driving Too Fast for Conditions.

On January 20:

● 3:41 p.m. Deputies responded to East ST, Village of Blanchardville for a two vehicle accident. Lisa N. Wrotten, 39, Blanchardville was stopped at a stop sign on East ST when she was struck from behind by Tatum A. Kurschner, 17, Blanchardville. Neither Wrotten, nor Kurschner reported any injuries. Both Wrotten’s 2025 Honda and Kurschner’s 2011 Nissan received functional damage and were driven from the scene.
