MONROE — Not guilty pleas have been entered in Green County Circuit Court for a former Village of Albany trustee accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting children.

Appearing in court for arraignment last Tuesday, Terry Gould, 47, faces 11 separate charges in Green County; and nine additional charges in Dodge County, related to the case.

At least eight of the charges are felony charges including repeated sexual assault of the same child; sexual intercourse with a child; and incest of a child by stepparent.

According to court records, a jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 27, 2023 in the Dodge County case, while in Green County, a scheduling conference is set for Feb. 9 on the matter. Gould faces up to 60 years in state prison if he’s convicted of the most serious of the felonies against him. He would also be fined and required to register as a sex offender for life.

Gould has been listed as living in Fitchburg, but also has lived in Reeseville and other locations in recent years.

According to court records, Gould said nothing during the arraignment on the charges by video before Circuit Judge Duane M. Jorgenson. Court records show he is being represented in the case by Attorney Eduardo E Castro II.

In the Dodge County case, he is accused of crimes against two victims on multiple occasions.

One of the victims allegedly said that the abuse happened “more times than he can count on his fingers and toes,” according to a published report, citing the criminal complaint in Dodge County

Court records show Gould posted $25,000 bond in Green County. He posted $5,000 bond in Dodge County last April 6.

The bond in both counties was contingent on a number of factors, including that the defendant have no contact with the victim, no contact with anyone under 18; and he is banned from schools or parks.
