On September 20:

● At 1:17 a.m., officers arrested Shawn A. Adams, 37, of Steven Point, in the 2600 block of 10th Street, on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions on a prior case. Adams was also arrested for possession of an illegally obtained prescription, disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. Adams was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

● At 5:58 p.m. officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with no reported injuries at the intersection of 16th Street and 17th Avenue. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Curt L. Zastrow, 39, of Monroe, was traveling south on 17th Avenue, stopped at the stop sign at 16th Street, entered the intersection and collided with a vehicle which was westbound on 16th Street, operated by a Monroe woman. Both vehicles sustained disabling damages and were towed. Zastrow was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense with a passenger under age 16 and also cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Zastrow was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.

On September 21:

● At 4:24 a.m., officers arrested Robert W. Drucker, 51, of Madison, following a traffic offense stop in the 3000 block of STH 69. Drucker was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense, and was also cited for improper stop at a stop sign, open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and possession of tetrahydrocannabinols (THC)-marijuana. Officers also cited the passenger, William J. Bielecki, 42, of Freeport, IL, for possession of tetrahydrocannabinols (THC)-marijuana. Bielecki was released pending a court appearance. Drucker was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance. 

● At 6:22 a.m., officers arrested Steven H. Cotter, 29, of Monroe, at a residence in the 1500 block of 11th Avenue, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole, for a probation violation. Cotter was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings. 

● At 6:12 p.m., officers arrested Paul A. Zuzga, 66 of Rockford, IL, following a complaint of an intoxicated person in the 1600 block of 11th Street. Zuzga was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting officers, and confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance. 

● At 8:49 p.m., officers arrested Colin J. Pehl, 29, of Monroe, in the 1600 block of 11th Street, following a report of an assault. Pehl was charged with substantial battery and disorderly conduct, and was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
