On September 15:

● At 8:14 p.m., officers were called to a traffic complaint at the intersection of 4th Avenue West and West 8th Street. The investigation led to the arrest of the driver, Caden W. Creuzer (18), of Juda, on charges of operating while under the influence with a passenger under the age of 16-years-old, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Creuzer was also cited for operating without required headlamps lighted, unsafe turn at an intersection and underage drinking. Creuzer was confined in the Green County Jail pending cash bail being posted or a court appearance.
