On August 31:

● At 9:16 a.m., officers were called to a vehicle vs parked vehicle accident with reported injuries in the 1400 block of 20th Avenue. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Samantha J. Jorgenson, 37, of Monroe, was southbound on 20th Avenue and collided with a legally parked and unoccupied vehicle. Jorgenson reported a minor injury, was seen on site by EMS but declined transport. Both vehicles sustained disabling damages and were towed. Jorgenson was cited for operating while suspended, operating without a seatbelt and inattentive driving. Jorgenson was released pending a court appearance.
