On August 30:

● At 4:27 a.m., officers were called to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 1800 block of 14th Avenue. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Misael A. Rafael Degollodo, 26, of Monroe, on a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Rafael Degollodo was booked and released after cash bail was posted pending a court appearance.

On August 31:

● At 1:14 a.m., officers were called to a report of a person violating their rules of parole at a business in the 1900 block of 10th Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Austin J. Penniston, 44, of Argyle, on charges of possession of a hallucinogenic drug, resisting an officer and a subsequent hold issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole for several probation violations. Penniston was jailed.
