On October 9:

● At approximately 7:54 a.m., Joseph D. Wright, 42, of Monroe, was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography. Wrights’s charges come as part of an investigation by City of Monroe Detectives into Possession and Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material. As part of this investigation a search warrant was served on Wright’s person and residence in the 800 block of 24th Street. Wright was confined at the Green County Jail pending an initial court appearance. During this investigation City of Monroe Detectives worked in conjunction with the Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigations as part of the Internet Crimes Against Children, (ICAC), Task Force.

On October 11: 

● At 12:46 a.m., officers were called to a report of an unwanted person banging on a door to a residence in the 300 block of 4th Street. An investigation led to the arrest of David m. Myers, 32, of Monroe, on a charge of disorderly conduct. Myers was booked and released pending a court appearance.

On October 12:

● At 1:10 a.m., officers made a traffic offense stop in the 900 block of 17th Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Willie R. Fleming, f40, of Monroe, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense. Fleming was also cited for operating a motor vehicle the wrong way in a one-way street and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration greater than .15 PAC. Fleming was later released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance. 

● At 1:24 a.m., officers arrested Logan J. Gragg, 24, of Monroe, following a delayed report of an assault which had occurred earlier at a business in the 1600 block of 11th Street. An investigation indicated that Gragg had entered the business earlier and punched a male subject, then fled. Gragg was located at a second location by officers and was charged with disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Gragg was later released after posting cash bail pending a court appearance.
