On November 5:

● At 7:45 p.m., officers arrested David W. Queen, 48, of Monroe, in the 2000 block of 19th Street following a complaint. Queen was charged with felony bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions from a prior case. Queen was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On November 7:

● At 10:40 p.m., officers were called to a report of a person sleeping behind the wheel of an idling vehicle stopped in the lane of traffic in the 1700 block of STH 69. An investigation identified the operator as Chris B. Theorin, 46, of Blanchardville. Theorin was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense. Theorin was also cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration greater than .15-1st offense and possessing open intoxicants in a motor vehicle-Driver. Theorin was released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.
