On July 2:

● At 9:40 a.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with reported injuries at STH 69 and 11th Street. An investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Victoria L. Stauffacher, 78, of Argyle, was traveling south on STH 69, when a second vehicle, operated by Garrett J. Fisher, 33, of Monroe, pulled out from the stop sign at eastbound 11th Street to attempt to turn north on STH 69, colliding with the Stauffacher vehicle. Stauffacher reported non-life-threatening injuries and was transported by Green County EMS. Fisher did not report any injuries. The Stauffacher vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed. The Fisher vehicle sustained moderate damages and was drivable. Fisher was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign, and was released pending a court appearance.

On July 2:

● At 4:42 p.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident with no reported injuries at 6th Street and 4th Avenue. An investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Brian L. Skattum, 67, of Monroe, pulled on to 6th Street from the stop sign at northbound 4th Avenue, and collided with a vehicle operated by Tammi L. Wirth, 58, of Monroe, which was turning south on 4th Avenue from westbound 6th Street. Both vehicle sustained functional damages and were drivable. Skattum was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign, and released pending a court appearance.

On July 9:

● At 5:16 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence in the 400 block of West 21st Street for a noise complaint. Subsequent to the investigation, officers arrested Timothy D. Kennedy, 42, of Monroe, on a charge of bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions from a prior case. Kennedy was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
