On June 28: 

● At 11:08 p.m., Monroe PD officers, along with Green County Sheriff’s Office deputies, were dispatched to the Cheese Country Trail parking lot, at 4th Avenue West and West 21st Street, after a female called 911 to report being homicidal and suicidal. The investigation led to the arrest of Sondra M. Fisher, 51, no permanent address, after Fisher brandished a knife and threatened officers. Fisher was taken into custody without injuries to Fisher or officers and charged with threatening law enforcement (a felony). Fisher was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

On July 2:

● At 1:27 a.m., officers were called to a civil dispute disturbance at a business in the 1000 block of West 7th Street. During the investigation, officers arrested Jason E. Sheeder, 43, of Orangeville, IL on an apprehension request issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole. Sheeder was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings. 

● At 2:06 PM, officers investigating a July 1, 2025, vandalism complaint which had occurred in Lincoln City Park, 1900 15th Avenue, arrested Daymien D. King, 18, of Monroe, in the 1800 block of 16th Avenue, on a charge of criminal damage to property. King was also cited for possession of tetrahydrocannabinols (Delta 9 marijuana). King was confined in the Green County Jail and later was released after posting cash bail pending a court appearance. 

● At 4:48 p.m., officers were called to a disturbance in East School City Park, 2200 block of 9th Street. The investigation led to the arrest of Daymien D. King on an apprehension request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole. King had been released on cash bail from another case just a short time prior. King was also charged with disorderly conduct, intimidation of a witness and with possession of tetrahydrocannabinols (Delta 9 marijuana). King was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
