On June 26:

● At 10:40 a.m., officers were called to a report of a female yelling at a vehicle at 12th Avenue and 20th Street. The investigation led to the arrest of Rachel M. Andersen, 22, of Monroe, on a charge of disorderly conduct under Wisconsin’s Domestic Violence laws. Andersen was released after posting cash bail pending a court appearance.

On June 27: 

● 4:20 p.m., officers received a complaint of a person violating a restraining order in the 1900 block of 10th Avenue. The investigation led to the arrest of Jasten C. Halvorsen, 26, of Monroe, on charges of misdemeanor and felony bail jumping due to violations of bail conditions on two other cases. Halvorsen was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
