On June 21:

● At 10:42 p.m., officers were called to a neighborhood dispute involving a firearm in the 1700 block of 13th Street. After a subsequent investigation, officers arrested Kyle R. Andrews, 38, of Monroe, on charges of disorderly conduct while armed and operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent. Andrews was booked and released after posting cash bail pending a court appearance.
