On December 28:

● At 7:52 PM, officers arrested Skylar J. Martin, 31, of Monroe, at the intersection of Swiss Court and Haven Lane, on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole, for a probation violation. Martin was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.

● At 8:05 p.m., officers were called to a one-vehicle versus power pole accident with no reported injuries in the 600 block of West 8th Street. An investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Hannah P. Condon, 33, of Monroe, was westbound conducting a backing maneuver, backed over the curb and struck a power pole. The vehicle sustained functional damage. Condon was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated-1st offense, was booked and released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance. 

On December 29:

● At 2:44 a.m., officers conducted a traffic offense stop in the 2200 block of 8th Avenue. The driver, Garret L. Voegeli, 21, of Monroe, fled the stop on foot but was arrested later after an investigation. Voegeli was charged with resisting officers, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of a controlled substance. Voegeli was also cited for operating without headlamps and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and later released pending a court appearance.
