On August 1:

● At 8:19 a.m., officers were called to a report of a disturbance at a business in the 300 block of 6th Avenue West. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Casey O. Ford (41), of Monroe, on charges of disorderly conduct and making threats. Ford was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.

● At 8:45 a.m., officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1900 block of 11th Street. Shane R. Rogers, 51, of Monroe, was arrested on a charge of possession of child pornography and confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance

On August 2:

● At 9:03 p.m., officers were called to a single vehicle versus mailbox hit and run accident with no reported injuries in the 700 block of 8th Avenue. The investigation indicated that a vehicle had turned south from a private driveway on to 8th Avenue and collided with the mailbox causing damage. The driver was later identified as Ayden R. Wilkins, 18, of Monticello. The Wilkins vehicle sustained minor damage, and the mailbox was moderately damaged. Wilkins was cited for inattentive driving, failure to notify police of an accident and hit and run to property adjacent to a highway. Wilkins was released pending a court appearance.

On August 4:

● At 8:55 a.m., officers were called to a two-vehicle accident, with reported injuries, at the intersection of 10th Street and 22nd Avenue. The investigation indicated that a vehicle operated by Frederick J. Wedig, 64, of Monroe, proceeding west on 10th Street from a stop sign, collided with a vehicle operated by a second Monroe man which was northbound on 22nd Avenue. The second driver reported non-life-threatening injuries, declined EMS transport but later sought care privately. Wedig’s vehicle sustained functional damage but was operable and the second vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed. Wedig was cited for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign and was released pending a court appearance.

On August 10:

● At 12:54 p.m., officers were called to a report of a dispute at a residence in the 1100 block of 13th Avenue. An investigation led to the arrest of Dana K. Zimmerman, 37, of Monroe, on a charge of disorderly conduct and intimidating a victim. Zimmerman was booked and released after posting cash bail pending a court appearance.

On August 13:

● At 12:55 a.m., officers arrested Christian P. Creuzer, 19, of Juda, in the 600 block of 8th Avenue, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle in violation of absolute sobriety. Creuzer was also cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle, was booked and released pending a court appearance. A passenger in the same vehicle, Caden W. Creuzer, 19, of Juda, was arrested on a charge of possession of tetrahydrocannabinols (Delta 9 THC marijuana) and also cited for underaged consumption of alcohol and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Cade Creuzer was also taken into custody on an apprehension request from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections-Probation & Parole and confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings. 

● At 6:20 p.m., officers arrested Gregory P. Wasylyk, 59, of Monroe, at 8th Street and 8th Avenue on a charge of bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions from a prior case. Wasylyk was also cited for operating after revocation-criminal and operating without motor vehicle insurance. Wasylyk was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
