On July 29:

● At 7:08 p.m., officers responded to a business in the 1900 block of 10th Street on a complaint of a bail violation. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Matthew J. Moede, 45, of Monroe, on a charge of felony bail jumping, due to a violation of bail conditions set on a prior case. Moede was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance

On July 30:

● At 12:51 p.m., officers were called to a business in the 100 block of West 7th Street, following a complaint about a disorderly person. The investigation indicated that the person, identified as Kelly A. Patton, 52, of Monroe, created a disturbance, stole property, and then left the scene. Patton was located shortly after by officers who attempted to stop Patton’s vehicle. Patton disregarded officers’ attempts to make the stop and a short pursuit ensued before Patton stopped. Patton was arrested and charged with knowingly fleeing an officer, disorderly conduct, theft, resisting and obstructing officers, and felony bail jumping due to a violation of bail conditions from a prior case. Patton was confined in the Green County Jail pending a court appearance.
