On March 3:

● 1:38 p.m. A deputy responded to STH 23, Darlington Township for a one vehicle accident. Jordan D. Rabehl, 40, Juneau was traveling on STH 23 when a piece of lumber came off the trailer he was following and struck Rabehl’s windshield. Rabehl reported no injuries. Rabehl’s 2024 Chevrolet received functional damage and was driven from the scene. Darlington Police assisted.

● 4:43 p.m. Michelle M. Ortega, 42, Darlington reported striking a deer on Holland RD, Darlington Township. Ortega reported no injuries. Ortega’s 2015 Chevrolet received functional damage and was driven from the scene. 

On March 4:

● 2:31 a.m. Miguel A. Cruz-Martinez, 37, Darlington was arrested on Country Club RD, Darlington Township for Operating Without a Valid License (OWL-2nd Offense w/in 3 Years). Cruz-Martinez was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and later released. Cruz Martinez was also cited for No Insurance.
