● 7:58 a.m. A deputy, Southwest Health EMS, and Platteville Fire responded to USH 151, Belmont Township for a one vehicle accident. Koffi Wevi, 37, Davenport, IA was southbound on USH 151 when he lost control of his semi due to road conditions, causing the semi to become jack-knifed. No injuries were reported and the 2024 Freightliner was driven from the scene.
● 10:25 a.m. A deputy responded to STH 23, Willow Springs Township for a one vehicle accident. Austin M. Coulthard, 23, Warren, IL was traveling on STH 23 when his 2002 GMC left the roadway, entered the ditch, and struck a utility box. No injuries were reported.
On December 12:
● 3:55 a.m. A deputy responded to W Mound View AV, Village of Belmont for a two-vehicle accident. Matthew M. Datka, 62, Wisconsin was operating a 2007 Kenworth when he side-swiped Tabaka Tomasz, 61, Michigan 2023 Volvo. Both semis received functional damage and were driven from the scene.

● 2:10 p.m. A deputy and Belmont Fire/EMS responded to High Point RD, Seymour Township for a one vehicle accident. A juvenile male, Darlington was operating a 2011 Ford Fusion heading westbound on Holland RD when he lost control and left the roadway striking a 2001 Chevrolet and a 2002 Chevrolet. All three vehicles received functional damage and were driven from the scene.
On December 13:
● 1:03 a.m. A deputy responded to W Commerce ST, Village of Belmont for a hit and run. Brock D. Lynch, 20, Mineral Point was operating a 2016 Chevrolet when he struck the side of Gabriel S. Sporle, 23, Belmont 2015 Chevrolet. Both vehicles received functional damage and driven from the scene.
● 5:30 a.m. A deputy responded to Furnace Hill RD, Willow Springs Township for a one vehicle accident. Trevor D. Rodebaugh, 23, Monroe was operating Devyn E. Phillips’, 19, Freeport 2020 Jeep when he left the roadway and struck a power pole. Phillips received minor injuries. Rodebaugh was cited for failure to file accident report. Phillips’s 2020 Jeep received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
● 5:45 p.m. Ryan L. Olson, 25, Argyle reported striking a deer on E Lamont RD, Lamont Township. Olson’s 2018 Chevrolet received functional damage and driven from the scene.
On December 15:
● 4:56 a.m. Brian E. King, 37, Darlington reported striking a deer while on CTH F, Fayette Township. King reported no injuries and King’s 2023 Ford received functional damage and was driven from the scene.
● 5:40 p.m. Nicole A. Mowry, 52, Shullsburg reported striking a deer while on CTH J, Benton Township. Mowry reported no injuries and Mowry’s 2015 Volkswagen received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 1:53 a.m. Roger A. Foulker, 56, Argyle, reported striking a deer while on CTH D, Fayette Township. Foulker reported no injuries and Foulker’s 2022 Dodge received functional damage and was driven from the scene.
On December 17:
● 9:24 a.m. A deputy, Belmont Fire, and Belmont EMS responded to CTH G, Belmont Township for a one vehicle rollover. Lillian K. Lester, 20, Belmont was traveling on CTH G when she lost control of her vehicle, left the roadway, entered the ditch, causing the vehicle to rollover. Lester reported no injuries. Lester’s 1999 Dodge received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
● 12:20 p.m. A deputy responded to S Park ST, Village of Belmont for a two a vehicle accident. Carlos Y. Calvo-Lamarque, 22, Belmont was merging onto S Park ST when he struck an oncoming vehicle operated by Trisha R. Klein, 43, Platteville. Calvo-Lamarque and Klein reported no injuries. Calvo-Lamarque’s 2015 Jeep and Klein’s 2019 Ford received functional damage and were driven from the scene. Calvo-Lamarque was cited for Operating Without a Valid License (1st Offense).
● 7:46 p.m. Steven Frederick McClory, 65, of Kieler, WI, was traveling on CTH W, Benton Township when he suffered a medical emergency causing him to lose control of his vehicle, leave the roadway, enter the ditch, and strike a fence. Pederson was transported to the hospital for injuries sustained in the crash. Pederson’s 2024 Chevrolet received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Benton First Response and Hazel Green EMS assisted.
On December 18:
● 5:50 a.m. Logan R. Braun, 33, Darlington reported striking a deer on STH 81, Lamont Township. Braun reported no injuries.
