On November 11:

● 6:04 p.m. Kelly A. Foesch, 61, Monroe reported striking a deer on STH 78, Argyle Township. Foesch reported no injuries. Foesch’s 2017 Ford received functional damage and was driven from the scene. 

On November 12:

● 5:13 p.m. Rodney A. Wolff, 69, South Wayne reported striking a deer while on STH 11, Gratiot Township. No injuries were reported, and his 2015 Ford received functional damage and was driven from the scene. 

On November 13:

● 5:17 p.m. Janice J. Raymond,50, Darlington reported Striking a Deer while on STH 81, Lamont Township. No injuries were reported, and Raymond’s 2015 Chevy received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 5:56 p.m. Michele J. Trapino, 53, Shullsburg reported Striking a Deer while on CTH W, Benton Township. No Injuries were reported but Trapino’s 2013 Mercedes received moderate damage and was towed from the scene.

On November 14:

● 11:58 a.m. Deputies responded to W Center ST, Village of South Wayne for a check welfare. As a result, Gene A. Isely, 43, Monroe was arrested for Obstruction, Disorderly Conduct, and Threats to Law Enforcement. Isely was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and remains. 

● 12:52 p.m. Benton Fire, Benton First Response, Hazel Green EMS and a deputy responded to STH 11, New Diggings Township for a one vehicle accident. Timothy A. Reed, 52, Gratiot was traveling on STH 11 when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed the centerline, entered the ditch, and struck a tree. Reed and his passenger, Tristen L. Winslow, 43, Gratiot, reported no injuries. Reed’s 2004 Dodge received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Reed was also cited for Failure to Maintain Control and Operating Left of Center. 

● 3:23 p.m. Argyle Fire, Argyle EMS, and deputies responded to Apple Grove Church RD, Argyle Township for an ATV accident. Robert L. Laeser, 81, Argyle was operating his ATV on private property when he lost control causing the ATV to roll. Laeser was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries sustained in the crash. Laeser’s 2003 Honda received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 9:05 p.m. Thomas C. Ekena, 56, Monroe was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated (4th Offense) on STH 81, Elk Grove Township. Ekena was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and remains. Ekena was also cited for Speeding and Driver in Possession of Open Intoxicants. Lafayette County EMS assisted. 

On November 15:

● 5:58 p.m. Logan T. Ludlum, 24, Platteville reported striking a deer on STH 23, Darlington Township. Ludlum reported no injuries. Ludlum’s 2011 Mazda received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

On November 17:

● 11:46 AM Deputies, Darlington Fire, and Lafayette County EMS responded to STH 81, Darlington Township for a two-vehicle accident. Yoan O. Arcos-Martinez, 23, Darlington was operating a 2021 Ram when he rear-ended Mackenzie R. Martie, 25, Mineral Point, operating a 2004 Ford. As a result, Yoan O. Arcos-Martinez, 23, Darlington was arrested for OWI 2nd, Operating after Revocation, and Reckless Endangering Safety by Use of Vehicle. Arcos-Martinez was booked into the Lafayette County Jail where he remains. Both vehicles received disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Darlington Police assisted. 

● 5:47 p.m. A deputy, Belmont EMS, and Belmont Fire responded to CTH B, Belmont Township for a one vehicle accident. Randolph, J. Darrow, 67, Platteville was traveling eastbound on CTH B when he failed to negotiate the curve, traveled off the roadway, and into a field. Darrow was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, and his 2021 Chevrolet received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. 

● 9:05 p.m. A deputy, Lafayette County EMS, and Darlington Fire responded to Roller Coaster RD, Darlington Township for a one vehicle rollover. Oscar Garnica, 17, Darlington, was traveling southbound on Roller Coaster Rd when he lost control, traveled off the roadway and overturned. No injuries were reported, and Garnica’s 2013 Chrysler received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. As a result, Garnica was cited for Operating Motor Vehicle without Insurance. 

On November 19:

● 6:28 a.m. Karl D. Seffrood, 25, Gratiot reported striking a deer on CTH K, Darlington Township. Seffrood’s 2005 Pontiac received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 5:01 p.m. Constance W. Claussen, 80, Platteville reported striking a deer on STH 11, Gratiot Township. Claussen’s 2014 Dodge received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● 5:06 p.m. Sydney N. Delzer, 24, Argyle reported striking a deer on County Shop RD, Darlington Township. Delzer’s 2016 Hyundai received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

● 6:01 p.m. Megan E. Blume, 27, Mineral Point reported striking a deer on Faymont RD, Darlington Township. Blume’s 2017 Jeep received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

On November 20:

● 5:16 a.m. Trevor J. Brunette, 33, Platteville reported striking a horse on Mitchell Hollow RD, Belmont Township. Brunette’s 2003 Honda Accord received disabling damage and was removed from the scene.

● 3:31 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH XX, Belmont Township for a report of assault. As a result, Zachary Chris Peacock, 27, Platteville was cited for disorderly conduct.

● 5:11 p.m. A deputy responded to W Mound View AV; Village of Belmont for a two vehicle accident. Austin C. Hansen, 30, Belmont was traveling west bound in a 2019 Volkswagen Tuguan on First Capital DR when he attempted to pass on the right side of the vehicle turning left and he struck the back right corner of Ryan L. Bailey, 43, Platteville 2022 Ford F-150. Hansen was cited for passing on the right of the vehicle turning left. Hansen’s 2019 Volkswagen received functional damage and Bailey’s 2022 Ford F-150 received minor damage and both vehicles were driven from the scene.

On November 21:

● 5:54 p.m. A Deputy responded to CTH D, Fayette Township for a One Vehicle Accident. John F. Schuetz,62, Darlington was traveling SB on CTH D when he struck a Black Angus Cow that was in the roadway. Schuetz’s 2019 Chevy received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

On November 22:

● 11:46 AM Deputies, Darlington Fire, and Lafayette County EMS responded to STH 81, Darlington Township for a two-vehicle accident. Yoan O. On November 24:

● 2:12 p.m. Kevin E. Garcia-Martinez, 27, Darlington was arrested in Green County on valid Lafayette County warrants. Garcia-Martinez was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and remains. 

● 2:32 p.m. Toni T. Kraft, 33, Argyle was arrested on CTH K, City of Darlington for a valid Probation & Parole warrant. Kraft was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and remain. 

● 3:17 p.m. A deputy responded to CTH W, Monticello Township for a two vehicle accident. Barbara M. Rothman, 62, Davis IL was sitting stationary in her vehicle when she was backed into by a 2007 Buick operated by Tiffany A. Berg, 36, Dubuque. Neither Berg nor Rothman reported injuries. Both Rothman’s 2023 GMC and Berg’s 2007 Buick received functional damage and were driven from the scene. 

On November 25:

● 8:50 p.m. Steven P. Malone, 61, Apple River was arrested for Operating While Under the Influence (1st Offense) on CTH J, Benton Township. Malone was transported to Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office where he was released to a responsible party.

On November 26:

● 6:48 a.m. Dylan S. Sadler, 29, Warren, IL reported striking a deer while on CTH W, New Diggings Township. Sadler reported no injuries. Sadler’s 2014 Ford received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● 8:02 a.m. Anna E. Fitzsimons,30, Darlington reported striking a deer while on CTH K, Darlington Township. Fitzsimons reported no injuries. Fitzsimons 2016 Toyota received functional damage and was driven from the scene.

On November 27:

● 8:10 p.m. Nancy J. Bracco, 67, Petaluma CA reported striking a deer on STH 78, Gratiot Township. Bracco reported no injuries. Bracco’s 2007 Honda received functional damage and was driven from the scene. 

● 6:57 p.m. Louis F. Scherer, 74, Monroe reported striking a deer while on STH 11, Wayne Township. Scherer reports no injuries. Scherer’s 2011 Ford received disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

On November 28:

● 8:29 p.m. A deputy, Lafayette County EMS and Darlington Fire responded to CTH F, Darlington Township for a one vehicle accident. Jesse C. Richardson, 53, Darlington was traveling on CTH F when he failed to negotiate a curve, left the roadway, and came to a rest in a nearby field. Richardson reported no injuries. Richardson was cited for Failure to Maintain Control. Darlington Police assisted. 

On November 29:

● 6:43 a.m. Jacob A Brown, 41, Belmont was traveling on CTH G, Belmont Township when he lost control of his vehicle and slid into the ditch, due to road conditions. Brown and his juvenile passengers reported no injuries. Brown’s 2023 GMC received functional damage and was driven from the scene. 

● 8:38 a.m. A deputy responded to a one vehicle accident on CTH F, Fayette Township. Jose D. Fonseca-Rodriguez, 17, Darlington was traveling on CTH F when he lost control of his vehicle due to road conditions, left the roadway, and struck an embankment. Fonseca-Rodriguez reported no injuries. Fonseca-Rodriguez’s 2001 Toyota received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Fonseca-Rodriguez was arrested for Operating Without a Valid License (OWL - 2nd Offense w/in 3 Years). Fonseca-Rodriguez was transported to Lafayette County Jail where he was booked and released. 

● 10:08 a.m. A deputy, Mineral Point Fire, and Mineral Point EMS responded to a one vehicle rollover on USH 151, Kendall Township. Bryan L. White, 43, Omaha NE was traveling on USH 151 when he lost control of his semi and tractor trailer due to road conditions. White left the roadway and entered the median causing the semi and tractor trailer to roll over. White was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries sustained in the accident. White’s 2025 Freightliner and 2026 Freightliner received disabling damage and were towed from the scene. 

On November 30:

● 5:23 a.m. A deputy responded to STH 78, Argyle Township for an abandoned vehicle. Rodney J. Hendrickson, 56, Argyle was traveling on STH 78 when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a snow bank. Hendrickson’s 2000 Dodge received disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Hendrickson was cited for Failure to Report an Accident, Failure to Maintain Control, and Failure to Properly Maintain Tires/Rims.

● 9:21 a.m. A deputy responded to Horse Shoe Bend RD, New Diggings Township for a two vehicle accident. Kelly A. McGraw, 32, Madison was traveling on Horse Shoe Bend RD in her 2019 Honda when she struck a 2011 Chevrolet. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles received functional damage and were driven from the scene.

● 10:08 a.m. A deputy responded to Wood ST, Village of Belmont for a two vehicle accident. Cody J. Russell, 34, Belmont was traveling on Wood ST when Russell struck an unoccupied, legally parked vehicle. Russell reported no injuries. Russell’s 2008 Chevrolet and the 2023 Honda owned by Joseph R. Prodzinski, 24, Belmont received functional damage and were driven from the scene.

● 11:57 a.m. A deputy responded to E High ST, Village of South Wayne for a two vehicle accident. Crystal A. Cowell, 55, Monroe and Eoin J. Breadon, 50, River Falls were traveling on E High ST when they executing a backing maneuver and struck one another. No injuries were reported. Cowell’s 2011 Chevrolet and Breadon’s 2012 Honda received functional damage and were driven from the scene.

On December 2:

● 7:15 a.m. A Deputy responded to a one vehicle accident on STH 81, Argyle Township. Roger E. Besand, 75, Argyle was traveling westbound on STH 81 when he lost control of his vehicle, due to bad road conditions, causing him to go into the northern ditch and strike a fence. Besand reported no injuries. Besand’s 2008 Dodge Ram received functional damage and was driven from the scene.
