On October 20:

● At 4:03 a.m., Deputies responded the W6600 block of CTH B, in the Town of Clarno, for a reported domestic disturbance. The investigation resulted in Roger R. Alston, 74, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Intimidation of a Victim, falling under Wisconsin’s domestic abuse laws. Alston was later transported and booked into the Green County Jail, then released pending court.

● At 3:12 p.m., Deputies responded to the Probation & Parole Offices where David L. Webb, 33, of Monroe, was placed under arrest for a Probation Violation. Webb was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail. 

On October 22:

● At 5:21 a.m., Deputies responded to a rollover in the N5200 block of CTH N, Town of Washington. Mason J Solofra, 16, Monroe, was northbound when he lost control, crossed the center line and entered the west ditch, rolling over, before coming to rest. Solofra reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained all-over, disabling damage with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.

● At 1:09 p.m., Deputies responded to the WI Department of Corrections, 2841 6th St, Monroe. Angelica Janet Delgado-Breneman, 38, New Glarus, was taken into custody without incident. Delgado-Breneman was transported to the Green County Jail, and turned over to jail staff.

● At 1:26 p.m., Deputies at the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St, Monroe, had contact with Jose Luis Rojas, 33, Whitewater, who had a warrant through WI DOC. Rojas was taken into custody on the warrant, transported to the Green County Jail, and turned over to jail staff. 

On October 27:

● At approximately 3:18 a.m., Deputies performed a check welfare on two vehicles with hazard lights activated in the W8900 block of State Highway 11, Town of Cadiz. Investigations resulted in Grant L Anderson, 19, of Freeport and James T Runia, 19, of Monroe being cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Runia and Anderson were released pending court.
