On October 7:

● At 11:41 p.m., Deputies responded to the N5700 block of Washington Rd., in the Town of Washington, for a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in Daniel J. Smiley, 43, of Monticello, being placed under arrest for Battery and Disorderly Conduct, falling under Wisconsin’s domestic abuse laws. Smiley was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court or the posting of his bond.

On October 7:

● At 5:50 p.m., Deputies responded to the Green County Jail where Terry J. Russ, 71, of Brodhead, was placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant through the Department of Corrections. Russ was later incarcerated at the Green County.
