On November 8:

● At 10:13 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Green County Justice Center), in the City of Monroe, where Dejaun M. Shird, 24, of Freeport, was placed under arrest for an active warrant through the Department of Corrections. Shird was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail.

On November 10:

● At 3:56 a.m., Deputies responded to the 500 block of S. Monroe St., in the Village of Monticello, for a two-vehicle crash.  The investigation found that Kyle E. Rouzan, 36, of Monroe, was driving southbound when he collided with a legally parked car.  Rouzan advised that he was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. Rouzan’s vehicle sustained disabling damage to the front end, with airbag deployment, and was removed from the scene. The parked vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Rouzan was cited for Operating After Suspension, No Insurance, and Failure to Maintain Control of his vehicle.  Rouzan was released pending court.

On November 12:

● At 8:10 a.m., Deputies responded to the Probation & Parole Office, 2841 6th St, for a probation violation. Duane M Lindemann, 25, Albany, was arrested and jailed at the Green County Jail.

● At 8:30 a.m., Deputies responded to the Probation & Parole Office, 2841 6th St, for a probation violation. Brian J. French, 52, of New Glarus, was arrested and jailed at the Green County Jail.

On November 11:

● At 7:12 a.m., Lucas Noble, 27, South Wayne, was taken into custody on a Monroe PD warrant in the 2100 block of 8th St. in the City of Monroe. Noble was jailed.

● At 2:07 p.m., deputies along with NGPD, and NGFD responded to the W6300 block of STH 39, in the Town of New Glarus for a semi and trailer rollover. A semi operated by Mikhail Shepelev, 52, North Miami Beach, FL was westbound when he failed to negotiate a curve, and overturned the semi and trailer. Mikhail was not injured and reported  wearing his seatbelt. There was no airbag deployment. The semi sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.  Green County Highway Dept also assisted at the scene.

● At 3:03 p.m. deputies responded to a rollover crash in the N1800 block of Jeffery Rd, Town of Clarno. Timothy M Mau, 50, Monroe, was northbound when a deer entered the roadway. Mau advised he took evasive action resulting in him losing control of the vehicle, entered the east ditch, and rolled onto its side. Mau reported wearing his seatbelt, and was uninjured. There was no airbag deployment. Mau’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, and was towed from the scene. Mau was cited for Operating While Suspended, Operate a Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, and Non-Registration of Auto, etc. Mau was released pending a court date.
