On October 27:

● At approximately 11:50 a.m., Deputies responded to the N6200 block of County Highway N, Town of Washington, for a report of an overturned semi unit. Investigations determined that Troy A Gartmann, 44, Gratiot, was attempted to turn southbound onto County Highway N when he applied the brakes causing the load in the tanker to shift. Gartmann attempted to complete the turn and the semi entered the ditch, overturning. Gartmann reported no injury and reported wearing his seatbelt. Gartmann’s semi unit sustained disabling damage and was removed from the scene. 

On October 28:

● At 2:42 p.m., Deputies responded to the WI DOC office at 2841 6th St, Monroe, to take Kathleen J Kirschbaum, 67, Albany, into custody on a Probation Violation. Kathleen was turned over to Green County Jail staff.
