On January 18:

● At 2:08 a.m., Deputies, along with New Glarus PD, New Glarus EMS, and New Glarus FD responded to the N7600 block of CTH J, in the Town of York, for a reported single vehicle crash with unknown injuries. The investigation found that Karmin L. Biller, 18, of Pecatonica, was traveling southbound when she failed to negotiate a curve. Biller then entered the east ditch, where the vehicle overturned and then came to a rest in a field. Biller reported that she was wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. Biller’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Biller being placed under arrest for an Absolute Sobriety Violation and cited for Inattentive Driving. Biller was later released pending court.
