On May 31:
● At 10:56 a.m. Deputies were called to a disturbance at a home in the W5900 block of Pioneer Rd, Town of New Glarus. Richard A Dittberner, 45, New Glarus, was arrested for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. He posted bond and was released pending a court date.
On June 1:
● At 7:46 p.m., deputies responded to a disorderly conduct complaint in the W9000 block of Buckeye Rd, Town of York. As a result, Daniel L Shulka, 72, Blanchardville, and Chase E Sandmire, 29, Richland Center, both received citations for Disorderly Conduct. They were released pending a court date.
On June 4:
● At approximately 11:02 a.m., Deputies responded to the Probation and Parole office, to take Haliegh J Falsey, 28, of Argyle, into custody for a probation violation. Falsey was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
On June 6:
● At 2:01 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N1700 block of STH 69, in the Town of Clarno. The investigation resulted in the driver, Allyssa K. Bruce, 20, of Freeport, being cited for Possession of Marijuana. Bruce was released pending court.
● At 6:55 p.m., Deputies responded to the W2500 block of STH 92, in the Town of Exeter, for a traffic complaint. The vehicle was later located and stopped by Belleville Police Department for a driver’s license violation. The investigation resulted in the driver, Edin Zavala Bardales, 27, of Janesville, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence by Deputies. Zavala Bardales was additionally cited for Operating Left of Center and Failure to Installed an Ignition Interlock Device. Zavala Bardales was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
On June 8:
● At 1:45 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W8300 block of CTH C, in the Town of Adams. The investigation resulted in the driver, Larry D. Kallembach, 67, of Argyle, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Kallembach was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
On June 9:
● At 2:59 p.m., Deputies responded to the WI Department of Corrections at 2841 6th St, City of Monroe. Joshua H.W. Broge, 38, Monroe, arrested for a probation violation and incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
● At 7:54 p.m., Deputies and Monroe PD responded to the Argyle Interchange, STH 81 north/STH 11/STH 69 south, Town of Monroe, for a two vehicle crash with no injuries. Daniel McGinnis, 38, Mequon, WI, was stopped at the stop sign at the end of the exit from westbound STH 11. Tysen M Folgate, 17, Browntown, was northbound on STH 81. McGinnis proceeded into the intersection and collided with Folgate’s vehicle.
Both drivers reported wearing their seatbelts and were uninjured. McGinnis’ vehicle sustained disabling front end damage and full airbag deployment. Folgate’s vehicle sustained disabling passenger side damage with no airbag deployment. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.McGinnis was cited for Failure to Yield the Right of Way from a Stop Sign, and was released with a court date.
On June 10:
● At 1:15 p.m., Jesus Ramirez Sanchez, 23, Monroe, was taken into custody at the Green County Justice Center for warrants from Beloit PD and Monroe PD. He was jailed.
● At 2:12 p.m., Rebekah A Bak, 29, Monticello, was charged with two counts of Disorderly Conduct after an incident that occurred in the Green County Jail. She remains in custody.
On June 11:
● At 7:21 a.m., Deputies, along with Brooklyn FD and Brooklyn EMS, responded to the intersection of Yarwood Rd. & Smith Rd., in the Town of Brooklyn, for a two-vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation found that a vehicle driven by Richard R. Raymond, 72, of Brooklyn, was traveling eastbound on Yarwood Rd., when a northbound vehicle driven by Kaleb J. Klitzman, 16, of Brooklyn, failed to yield right of way from the stop sign. Klitzman’s vehicle then collided with the passenger side of Raymond’s vehicle. Raymond was wearing his seatbelt and was later transported to the hospital. Klitzman advised he was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and were towed from the scene.
