On June 22:

● At 10:52 p.m., Deputies, along with New Glarus Fire Department and New Glarus EMS, responded to the N7600 block of CTH J, in the Town of York, for a single motorcycle crash with injury. The investigation found that a northbound motorcycle, driven by Temuulen Ulziiburen, 50, of Glenview, lost control on loose gravel in the road while negotiating a curve. Ulziiburen then entered the shoulder, then traveled down an embankment, where the motorcycle overturned. Ulziiburen was ejected from the motorcycle and later transported to the hospital for apparent non-life-threatening injury. The motorcycle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.

● At 5:22 p.m., Deputies responded to the N5000 block of the Sugar River, in the Town of Albany, for a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in Darren R. Chernesky, 31, of Glen Ellyn, IL, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Battery, False Imprisonment, Strangulation and Suffocation, and Intimidation of a Victim, falling under Wisconsin’s domestic abuse laws. Chernesky was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
