On July 12:
● At 10:58 a.m., deputies responded to a two vehicle collision in the Pleasant View parking lot at N3150 STH 81, in the Town of Monroe. The investigation revealed that a gold 2005 Chrysler Town & Country, operated by David G. Bennett age 71 of Monroe, backed out of a parking stall and collided with an unoccupied and improperly parked vehicle. Bennett and his passenger reported wearing their seatbelts and were not injured in the collision. Bennet’s vehicle sustained functional damage to the back left corner; there was no airbag deployment. The unoccupied vehicle sustained functional damage to the front right door; there was no airbag deployment. Both vehicle’s were able to be driven from the scene.
● At 6:10 p.m., deputies responded to the N5800 block of CTH J, Town of Adams, for an accident without injuries. Investigation found that a vehicle operated by Kaya R. Teasdale, 25, of Monroe was traveling south on CTH J when she lost control of her vehicle, and struck a tree. Teasdale was uninjured, wearing her seatbelts, and her airbags did deploy. The vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
On July 13:
● At approximately 11:25 p.m., Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N5600 block of State Highway 69, Town of Washington. Investigations resulted in the driver, David J Biehl, 59, of Monticello, being arrested for operating while under the influence. Biehl was further cited for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. Biehl was later released to a responsible party.
On July 14:
● At 7:55 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th Street, in the City of Monroe to assist Department of Corrections Agents. Investigation resulted in Thomas A. McLean, 35 of Monroe being placed under arrest for a Probation Violation. McLean was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
