On November 24:
● At 5:49 p.m., Deputies responded to a disturbance in the W3000 block of Greenbush Rd, Town of Sylvester. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Zachary R Leaver, 46, Juda, for Battery under the Domestic Abuse Law. Leaver was transported to the Green County Jail where he posted bond, and was released pending a court appearance.
On November 26:
● At 8:03 p.m., Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the N8400 block of County Highway D, Town of Exeter. Investigations resulted in the driver, Jason J Frey, 50, of Belleville, being arrested or Operating While Under the Influence-1st Offense. Frey was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and speeding. Frey was released to a responsible party pending court.
On November 27:
● At 6:47 p.m., Deputies responded to a residence in the W8600 block of Buckhorn Rd, Town of Cadiz, for a disorderly conduct complaint. Investigations resulted in Bradley J Rear, 62, of Monroe being arrested for violating his probation and parole conditions. Rear was incarcerated at the Green County Jail.
On November 29:
● At approximately 8:14 a.m., Deputies responded to the W6800 block of Dividing Ridge Rd, Town of Washington, for a reported vehicle in the ditch. The driver was identified as Abigail M Moore, 16, of Monroe, who reported being eastbound on Dividing Ridge Rd when she lost control of the vehicle and entered the North ditch and struck a tree. Moore reported no injuries, no airbag deployment, and reported wearing her seatbelt. Moore’s vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene.
On November 30:
● At 8:59 a.m., Deputies responded to the N8800 blk of STH 69, New Glarus Township, for a one vehicle accident. Investigation found that a vehicle operated by Noah Gatdula, 21 of Monroe, was southbound on STH. 69 and was negotiating the slight curve when the vehicle lost control on the snow/slush covered roadway entering the ditch. Gatdula reported no injuries, seatbelt usage and the vehicle was towed from the scene. Gatdula was cited for failure to keep the vehicle under control and released.
