On December 10:

 ● At 7:15 a.m., Deputies responded to the W5200 block of CTH KK, in the Town of Monroe, for a reported single vehicle crash with no injury.  The investigation found that Jason J. Rohda, 44, of East Troy, was driving westbound when he lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions. Rohda traveled across the road and into the south shoulder, where he struck a mailbox and then entered the ditch. Rohda advised he was wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and remained on scene to be removed at a later time. 

On December 12:

● At 8:14 a.m., Deputies responded to the W1500 block of STH 92, Town of Brooklyn, for the report of a single vehicle crash. John R. Mahlkuch, 25, Whitewater, was traveling westbound when he reportedly lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions. The vehicle left the roadway and collided with the north ditch. Mahlkuch reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment, and remained on scene pending removal from the ditch.

On December 17:

● 12:29 a.m., deputies arrested Aron A. Hogan, 45, Browntown, for a Department of Corrections warrant in the 100 block of Old Highway Rd, Town of Cadiz. Hogan was transported to, and jailed at the Green County Jail.

● At 7:35 a.m., deputies responded to a two vehicle accident in the 400 block of 6th Ave, Village of New Glarus. Emily A Freiberg, 28, New Glarus, was eastbound on 6th Ave when she lost control and struck a legally parked, unoccupied vehicle on the South side of the roadway belonging to Rusty J Kalscheur, 46, New Glarus. Freiberg and her juvenile passenger reported being properly restrained and were uninjured. Krieberg’s vehicle sustained disabling damage with no airbag deployment. It was towed from the scene. Kalscheur’s vehicle remained on scene. Freiberg was cited for tread depth less than 2/32 of an inch, and released with a court date.

● At 7:52 a.m., deputies responded to a crash in the W4700 block of STH 59, Town of Sylvester. Robert Witt, 51, Monroe, reported that he was eastbound when he lost control and exited the south side of the highway where it struck a ditch and a culvert, and a fence. Witt reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with no airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Witt was cited for Failure to Maintain Control, and Failure to Notify Police of an Accident. Witt was released pending a court date.

On December 18:

● At 7:14 a.m., deputies responded to the N6300 block of English Settlement Road, Town of Albany, for a single vehicle crash with no injuries. Renee A. Jordan, 68, Argyle, was traveling eastbound on Dunphy Road. Jordan reportedly attempted to turn northbound onto English Settlement Road, when she lost control of the vehicle due to icy road conditions. The vehicle then entered the east ditch and collided with a road sign. Jordan reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained minor damage with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.

On December 19:

● At 4:51 p.m., Deputies responded to the parking lot of the Green County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic complaint of a vehicle that stopped at the Sheriff’s Office. The investigation resulted in the driver, Jayden P. Diaz Barnett, 28, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.  Diaz Barnett was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration. Diaz Barnett was later released to a responsible person pending court. 

● At 5:02 p.m., Deputies responded to the N8100 block of Zentner Rd., in the Town of New Glarus, for a reported suspicious vehicle parked in the roadway. Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the driver, Lucas C. Williams, 28, of Blanchardville, who later fled from the scene. Deputies initiated a pursuit and shortly after Williams lost control of the vehicle and entered the east ditch, where the vehicle overturned and then came to a rest. Williams advised he was wearing his seatbelt and was later transported to the hospital for further medical care. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, without airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Williams being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence (4th Offense), Fleeing/Eluding an Officer, and Resisting/Obstructing an Officer. Williams was later incarcerated at the Green County jail pending court.
