On November 11:

● At 6:52 a.m., Deputies responded to a single vehicle crash in the W800 block of STH 92, Town of Brooklyn. Taylor R Brown, 19, Brooklyn, reported that she was westbound when she lost control due to icy roads. Brown reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

● At 12:39 p.m., Deputies located a single vehicle crash in the N4300 block of State Highway 59, Town of Sylvester. Rosie A. Martin, 19, Albany, was traveling eastbound when Martin failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle then exited the roadway and entered the east ditch, where the vehicle collided with a road sign. The vehicle re-entered the roadway and was parked along the east shoulder. Martin reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment. It was towed from the scene. Martin was cited for Failure to Control Vehicle, Operate Without a Valid License-Expired, Operate Motor Vehicle Without Insurance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Martin was released pending a court date.

● At 3:54 p.m., Deputies, along with Albany Fire Dept and Albany EMS responded to a single vehicle crash with injuries in the W1200 block of CTH C, Town of Brooklyn. Friedrich W. Noreik, 74, Albany, was traveling west when he reported that he fell asleep. Noreik’s vehicle entered the south ditch where it came to rest. Noreik reported wearing his seatbelt and sustained injuries. He was transported to a hospital via ambulance. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. 

On November 12:

● At 3:59 p.m., Deputies responded to the Green County Probation & Parole Office where Felipe Perez, 22, was placed under arrest for a probation hold. Perez was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail. 

On November 14:

● At 10:45 a.m., Deputies, along with Green County EMS and Browntown Fire Department, responded to the W7900 block of the Tri County Trail, in the Town of Cadiz, for an ATV vs Tree crash. Randy W Myatt, 72, Janesville, was traveling westbound when the ATV collided with a mound of ungraded gravel. Myatt lost control and exited the trail to the north. The ATV collided with several trees before coming to rest overturned. Myatt sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. Myatt was wearing protective gear, including a helmet. The ATV sustained functional damage and was towed from the scene. 

● At 5:00 p.m., GRSO Deputies, New Glarus PD, Blanchardville EMS and Fire Department responded to a motorcycle crash with one injured in the W7800 block of STH 39, Town of York. Duane A Mason, 61, Monticello, was eastbound when he failed to negotiate the curve, and left the north side of the roadway. The cycle struck a ditch, and Mason was ejected from the cycle. Mason was not wearing a helmet and sustained minor injuries. The cycle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Mason was arrested for OWI 1st - Alcohol, and cited for Prohibited Alcohol Concentration - 1st, and Failure to Maintain Control of a Motor Vehicle. He was released to a responsible party pending a court appearance. 

On November 15:

● At 8:08 p.m., Erica R Voelker, 29, was stopped for operating a UTV in the N4400 block of STH 59, Town of Sylvester. She was subsequently arrested for Operating ATV/UTV While Intoxicated. Erica was issued a citation for Unauthorized Operation of ATV/UTV On or In the Vicinity of a Highway. She was released to a responsible party pending a court date.

On November 17:

● At 4:12 p.m., Deputies responded to the 900 block of Old Highway Rd., in the Town of Cadiz, for a reported single vehicle crash with minor injury. The investigation found that the driver, Kenra L. Bunnell 32, of Browntown, was traveling eastbound when she swerved to miss a deer. Bunnell then traveled into the south ditch and struck a tree before the vehicle came to a rest. Bunnell advised that she sustained minor non-life-threatening injury. Bunnell’s vehicle sustained functional damage, without airbag deployment, and remained on scene to later be removed. 

 On November 18:

● At 6:25 p.m., Deputies, along with Blanchardville Fire Department and New Glarus Emergency Medical Services, responded to the W9500 block of STH 39, in the Town of York, for a single vehicle crash with no reported injuries. The investigation found that the driver, David H. Di Maggio, 62, of Mount Horeb, was traveling eastbound when he fell asleep and failed to negotiate a right curve. Di Maggio then traveled into the north ditch and then a wooded area before the vehicle came to a rest. Di Maggio advised he was uninjured and his vehicle sustained disabling damage without airbag deployment. The investigation resulted in Di Maggio being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence (4th offense). Di Maggio was additionally cited for Possession of Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Keep Vehicle under Control. Di Maggio was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court. 

● At 10:26 p.m., Deputies, along with Brodhead Police Department, Brodhead Fire Department, and Brodhead EMS, responded to the N4600 block of STH 104, in the Town of Decatur, for a single vehicle crash with injuries.  The investigation found that Cory R. Hanson, 32, of Brodhead, was traveling southbound when he swerved to miss a raccoon in the road. Hanson then lost control of the vehicle and entered the west ditch, where the vehicle overturned and then came to a rest. Hanson sustained apparent non-life-threatening injuries and was later released. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. 

On November 19:

● At 4:51 a.m., Deputies responded to the W1500 block of Mortensen Rd, Town of Brooklyn, for the report of a vehicle fire. A straight truck that was entering the roadway from a driveway, caught fire resulting in disabling damage. Ricardo Johnson, 28, Sun Prairie, reported that he was wearing his seatbelt and uninjured. Brooklyn Fire Department was summoned to extinguish the vehicle fire. Airbag deployment is unknown. The truck was towed from the scene.

On November 20:

● At 4:59 PM, Deputies responded to a car vs deer crash with an injury. Dixie Stechschulte, 62, Argyle, reported she was northbound in the N6300 block of CTH J, Town of Adams, when a deer entered the roadway and collided with her vehicle. Stechschulte reported wearing her seatbelt and sustained a minor injury. There was front and side curtain airbag deployment. The vehicle sustained disabling front end damage and was towed from the scene.

On November 21:

● At 2:44 p.m., Deputies and Green County EMS responded to the W5800 block of STH 11, in the Town of Monroe, for a two-vehicle crash with injury. The investigation found that Angel L. Prien, 49, of Monroe, was stopped at the stop sign on the STH 11 off ramp waiting to turn south onto STH 69 when another vehicle, driven by Elijah J. Houser, 23, of Butler, WI struck the rear of her vehicle.  Prien sustained non-life-threatening injury and was later transported to the hospital. Houser advised he was uninjured and wearing his seatbelt. Both vehicles sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment. Houser’s vehicle was driven from the scene and Prien’s vehicle remained on scene to be removed at a later time. The investigation resulted in Houser being cited for Non-Registration of Auto and Operating Too Fast for Conditions. Houser was released pending court

● At 4:58 p.m., Deputies, New Glarus EMS, and New Glarus FD responded to the intersection of STH 39 & CTH J, in the Town of York, for a two-vehicle crash with injury. The investigation found that Maria O. Toruno Conde, 40, of Palpatine, IL was traveling south on CTH J. When Toruno Conde began traveling south through the intersection, a westbound vehicle driven by Angela J. Schraepfer, 53, of Holandale, collided with the side of her vehicle. Toruno Conde advised she was wearing her seatbelt and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Toruno Conde was later transported to the hospital. Schraepfer advised she was wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and were towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Toruno Conde being cited for Failure to Yield Right of Way from a Stop Sign. Toruno Conde was released pending court. 

● At 6:26 p.m., Deputies responded to the N5900 block of STH 69, in the Town of Mt. Pleasant, for a reported traffic complaint.  Deputies later located the reported vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on it for a moving violation. The investigation resulted in the driver, Westly A. Druckrey, 29, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence. Druckrey was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration (greater than .15) and Possession of Open Intoxicants in a Motor Vehicle.  Druckrey was later released to a responsible person pending court. 

On November 22:

● At 3:25 a.m., Deputies responded to the W1200 block of Ten Eyck Rd., in the Town of Decatur, for a reported suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, Deputies located an unoccupied vehicle involved in a crash. The investigation found that Sydney L. Curran, 24, of Juda, was traveling westbound when she swerved to avoid a deer in the roadway and then struck a bridge.  Curran advised that she was wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Curran being cited for Failure of Operator to Notify Police of a Crash. Additionally, Jessica L. Curran, 48, of Juda, and Rebecca M. Beutel, 49, of Monroe, were cited for Obstructing an Officer. All parties were released pending court. 

 On November 23:

● At 1:43 a.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the W4500 block of STH 11, in the Town of Jefferson. The investigation resulted in a passenger, Bartosz P. Miodowski, 32, of Chicago, being cited for Possession of Marijuana.  Miodowski was later released pending court. The driver was warned for the speeding violation. 

 On November 24:

● At 12:57 a.m., Amanda J. Bliss, 35, Blanchardville, was stopped for speeding in the N5200 block of STH 69, Town of Washington. The investigation resulted in Bliss being placed under arrest for OWI - alcohol.  Bliss was additionally cited for Operating with a Prohibited Alcohol Concentration and Speeding. Bliss was later released to a responsible person pending court. 

● At 2:20 p.m., Kevin Enmanuel Garcia-Martinez, 27, Darlington, was arrested on a Lafayette County Warrant, at the Green County Justice Center, 2841 6th St, Monroe. Garcia-Martinez was transported to the Green County Jail, where he was jailed pending transport to Lafayette County.
