On November 4:

● At approximately 2:05 a.m., Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the W7300 block of State Highway 81, Town of Jordan. As a result, the driver, Noel A Murillo Borjas, 35, of Darlington was arrested for bail jumping. Murillo Borjas was additionally cited for operating after revocation and operating without a valid license (2nd within 3 years). Murillo Borjas was incarcerated at the Green County Jail. 

● At approximately 6:30 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of State Highway 92 and County Highway E, Town of Brooklyn, for a single vehicle accident. Investigations determined a vehicle operated by Deivis A Rodriguez Colina, 23, of Madison, was northbound on County Highway E when he failed to stop for the stop sign, struck a road sign, and entered the North ditch. Rodriguez Colina reported no injuries, no airbag deployment, and reported wearing his seatbelt. Rodriguez Colina’s vehicle sustained disabling damage as a result of the crash. Rodriguez Colina was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign and released pending court. 

On November 5:

● At 10:24 a.m., WI Department of Corrections requested a deputy respond to their office, 2841 6th St, City of Monroe, to take Lisa M Pfaff, 37, Monroe, into custody on a probation hold. Pfaff was taken into custody and jailed. 

On November 7:

● At 9:47 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of STH 11 & CTH OK, in the Town of Spring Grove, for a reported single vehicle crash. The investigation found that the driver, Jack S. Francis, 19, of Brodhead, was on CTH OK traveling across STH 11 when one of the wheels on his vehicle detached. Francis advised he was uninjured and wearing his seatbelt at the time of incident. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, without airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. 

● At 11:27 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the W2700 block of STH 59, in the Town of Sylvester. The investigation resulted in the driver, Shayleigh A. Detra, 19, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Violation of Absolute Sobriety. Detra was later released to a responsible person pending court.

On November 8:

● At 5:02 a.m., Deputies responded to the 100 block of 10th Ave., in the Village of New Glarus, for a single vehicle crash. The investigation found that Johsen Said-Mairena, 17, of Freeport, was traveling eastbound when he struck a legally parked vehicle. Said-Mairena’s vehicle then overturned and came to a rest on the driver’s side. Said-Mairena was wearing his seatbelt and sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Said-Mairena’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Said-Mairena was cited for Operating Without a Valid License and Failure to Maintain Control. 

● At 2:31 p.m., Deputies responded to the N4100 block of CTH J, in the Town of Monroe, for a reported disturbance. The investigation resulted in Charmel R. Sutter, 69, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct falling under Wisconsin Domestic Abuse Laws. Sutter was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court. 

On November 9:

● At 8:14 p.m., Deputies, along with New Glarus EMS and New Glarus FD, responded to the W6300 block of STH 39, in the Town of New Glarus, for a single vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation found that James R. Miller, 61, of Monona was traveling eastbound when he failed to negotiate a curve. Miller then entered the north ditch, where he struck a power pole, and then overturned. Miller was wearing his seatbelt and was later transported to the hospital due to sustained non-life-threatening injury. Miller’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.

On November 10:

● At 4:09 p.m., Deputies responded to WI Department of Corrections, 2841 6th Street, City of Monroe, to take Stephanie A. Husom, 34, of Monroe, into custody on a DOC warrant and taken to the Green County Jail.

On November 11:

● At 6:11 a.m., Deputies responded to a two vehicle crash in the intersection of STH 92 and CTH E, Town of Brooklyn. Beau York, 33, Albany was northbound on CTH E when he lost control attempting to slow down for the stop sign at the intersection with STH 92. York entered the intersection where he was struck by an eastbound dump truck, operated by Stephen Schuch, 59, Fitchburg. The dump truck crossed the center line and slid off the roadway, striking a road sign before coming to rest in a field. York reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. York’s vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Schuch reported wearing his seatbelt and was uninjured. The dump truck sustained functional damage with no airbag deployment and was driven from the scene.
