On April 2: 

● At 12:04 a.m., Deputies responded to the W6800 block of STH 81, in the Town of Monroe, for a reported suspicious vehicle.  The investigation resulted in the driver of the vehicle, Britt E. Gadd, 58, of Freeport, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence.   Gadd was later released pending court.

● At 6:24 a.m., Deputies, along with Argyle EMS and First Response, responded to the N5700 block of CTH J, in the Town of Adams, for a one vehicle crash with injuries.  The investigation found that the driver, Austin C. Bruckert, 18, of Prairie Du Sac, was traveling south on CTH J.  Bruckert advised he had traveled too far off the road and then entered the ditch, where he struck a culvert and then the vehicle came to a rest on its side.  Bruckert advised he was wearing his seatbelt and was later transported to the hospital for further medical attention.  The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.  Bruckert was cited for Failure to Maintain Control. 

On April 4:

● At 7:21 a.m., cited Damion A. Forrest, 24, Beloit, was stopped and cited for speeding 79//55, in the W300 block of STH 81, Town of Spring Grove.  Forrest was also cited for Operating After Suspension.  Forrest was released pending court.

On April 5:

● At approximately 6:02 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the N5000 block of State Highway 59, Town of Albany, for a speeding violation. Investigations resulted in the driver, Mason R Moon, 27, of Oregon being cited for possession of illegal drug paraphernalia. Moon was released with a court date.

On April 6

● At approximately 1:40 AM, Deputies responded to the 100 block of Urban Rd, Village of Monticello, for a report of a disturbance. Investigations resulted in Ryan D Slack, 36, of Monticello, being arrested for disorderly conduct and battery both domestic related. Slack was incarcerated at the Green County Jail. 

● At 11:42 a.m., Deputies responded to a one vehicle crash in the N9000 block of CTH J, in the Town of York.  Emily A Fahrenkrug, 16, Belleville, was southbound on CTH J when she entered the west side shoulder, over-corrected, crossed the roadway, and struck the east side ditch. Fahrenkrug reported wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with no airbag deployment. The vehicle was towed.

● At 10:40 p.m. Deputies, Brooklyn FD, and Brooklyn EMS, responded to a vehicle vs building in the 200 block of Railroad St in the Village of Brooklyn.  Ian M Demrow, 47, Janesville, was westbound on STH 92 when he missed the curve in the roadway.  The vehicle left the roadway, and struck a traffic sign.  The vehicle continued over the railroad tracks and struck an outbuilding.  The vehicle sustained disabling damage and multiple airbag deployments.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.  During the crash, a wall from the building caused damage to three other vehicles that were parked in the area. Demrow was arrested for OWI 3rd offense (alcohol) and was jailed.  He was also cited for Reckless Driving and Open Intoxicants. Oregon Police Department assisted at the scene. 

On April 7:

● At 8:46 p.m. Deputies responded to the N5500 block of CTH N, in the Town of Washington, for a reported domestic disturbance.  The investigation resulted in Nikolina J. Heimann, 49, of Monroe, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct and Battery (both Domestic Abuse related).   Heimann was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court. 

On April 8: 

● At 9:55 a.m., Deputies responded to the 2800 block of 6th St. (Green County Jail), in the City of Monroe, where Mark W. Scott, 67, of Monroe, was placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant through Probation & Parole.  Scott was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.

● At 11:49 a.m., Deputies responded to the N2500 block of Ullom Rd., in the Town of Jordan, where Michael R. Schaar, 57, of Monroe, was placed under arrest for an active arrest warrant through Probation & Parole.  Schaar was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court. 

On April 10:

● At 10:05 p.m., Deputies, along with GC EMS and Browntown FD, responded to a one vehicle crash on Allen Rd at Stubbe Rd, in the Town of Cadiz. Caydyn WJ Smith, 16, Monroe, was southbound on Allen Rd when he failed to negotiate the curve, westbound onto Stubbe Rd.  Smith’s vehicle went through the intersection and struck the embankment on the south side of Stubbe Rd.  Smith reported wearing a seatbelt and sustained injuries. Front seat passenger, Pamela Foesch, 16, Monroe, reported wearing her seatbelt and sustained injuries. The vehicle sustained disabling damage with airbag deployment.  The vehicle was towed from the scene.

On April 11:

● At 6:22 a.m., Deputies responded to the N8900 block of CTH J, in the Town of York, for a reported one vehicle crash.  The investigation found that the driver, Morgan D. Godfrey, 25, of Argyle, was traveling north on CTH J when she swerved to avoid a pheasant.  Godfrey over corrected and entered the west ditch where she struck an embankment and fence before coming to a rest.  Godfrey reported that she was wearing her seatbelt and was uninjured.   Godfrey’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.  

● At 1:55 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding in the W2900 block of STH 11, in the Town of Jefferson.  The investigation resulted in the driver, Keith C. Popularum, 32, of Marion, IA, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and Possession of THC with Intent to Deliver.  Popularum was incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court. 

● At 8:00 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a moving violation in the 1700 block of STH 69, in the City of Monroe.  The investigation resulted in the driver, Joel K. Elmer, 44, of Browntown, being placed under arrest for Operating While under the Influence and cited for Unreasonable and Imprudent Speed.  Elmer was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.
