On February 15:

● At 10:20 a.m., Deputies responded to the W600 block of STH 59, in the Town of Albany, for a reported single vehicle crash. The investigation found that Kimberly A. Mallmann, 40, of Sheboygan, was driving westbound and she swerved to avoid an animal in the road. Mallman  then drove into the north ditch, where the vehicle collided with an embankment and an electrical box before coming to a rest. Mallmann advised she was uninjured and wearing her seatbelt. Mallmann’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene.

On February 16:

● At 1:36 p.m., Deputies took into custody Richard D. Hauser, 44, of Brodhead, for a probation hold.  Hauser was transported to the Green County Jail pending court.

On February 18:

● At 12:20 a.m., Deputies conducted a welfare check on a motorist in the N8200 block of CTH CC, in the Town of Exeter. The contact resulted in the driver, Ecson Fernandez Rodriguez, 44, of Monroe, being cited for Operating After Revocation (due to an alcohol offense). Fernandez was later released pending court.

● At 4:14 a.m., Deputies responded to the W4700 block of STH 59, in the Town of Sylvester, for a reported two vehicle crash. The investigation found that Rick L. Richardson, 61, of Monroe, was driving westbound when he slowed down to avoid an animal in the road. Kyle J. Bruehlman, 37, of Monroe, who was also driving westbound behind Richardson, then collided with the rear of Richardson’s vehicle. Both parties advised that they were uninjured and were wearing their seatbelts. Richardson’s vehicle sustained disabling damage, without airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. Bruehlman’s vehicle sustained minor damage, without airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene. The investigation resulted in Bruehlman being cited for Following Too Close.  He was later released pending court.  

On February 19:

● At 6:19 p.m., Deputies responded to the N4200 block of CTH E, in the Town of Decatur, for a reported disturbance.  The investigation resulted in Isaiah A. Scheibe, 19, of Brodhead, being placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, falling under Wisconsin’s domestic abuse laws. Scheibe was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.  

On February 21:

● At 11:13 p.m., Deputies located a vehicle crash in the 1900 block of STH 69, City of Monroe. Investigation resulted in Donald J. Von Arx, 27, of Argyle being placed under arrest for OWI 2nd offense and cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of THC >25g. Von Arx was released pending court.

On February 23:

● At 10:11 p.m., Deputies responded to the W1300 STH 11, Town of Spring Grove, for a reported altercation. The investigation resulted in, Adam Menehan, 41 of Brodhead, being arrested for Domestic Disorderly conduct and Obstruction. Menehan was jailed pending court.

On March 1: 

● At 1:30 AM, Deputies responded to the N7800 block of STH 69, in the Town of New Glarus, for a reported motor vehicle crash. The investigation found that the driver, Alivea L. Brown, 19, of Monroe, was traveling southbound when she lost control of the vehicle and then entered the west ditch. Brown advised she was uninjured and wearing her seatbelt at the time of incident.  Brown’s vehicle sustained functional damage and remained on scene to be removed at a later time. The investigation resulted in Brown being cited for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Operating While Suspended. Brown was later released pending court. 

● At 6:38 p.m., Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the W3900 block of STH 11, in the Town of Sylvester. The investigation resulted in the driver, Janet D. Sando, 58, of Beloit, being placed under arrest for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, and Operating After Revocation (due to an alcohol offense). Sando was later incarcerated at the Green County Jail pending court.           

On March 2:

● At 10:46 a.m., Deputies arrested Wade J. Kosharek, 44, of Monroe, at the Probation and Parole Office.  Kosharek was transported to the Green County Jail pending court.  

● At 5:26 p.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of CTH B and CTH M in the Town of Cadiz for a report of a single vehicle roll over. The crash involved two vehicles, the vehicle driven by Alexus Burbach, 17, of Belmont, failed to yield at the intersection to the oncoming vehicle driven by Jody Adamski, 57, of Monroe. In order for Adamski to avoid the collision she drove off the shoulder of the road and entered the ditch. Due to the severe incline of the ditch, her car overturned. Both drivers reported no injuries and had no airbag deployment. Burbach was cited for failure to yield and was released pending a non mandatory court date.  

On March 4:

● At 6:49 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of CTH S & Town Center Rd., in the Town of Jefferson, for a reported vehicle versus school bus crash. The investigation found that the driver of the school bus, Julie W. Jones, 68, of Juda, was traveling south on CTH S and attempted to turn west onto Town Center Rd., but slid past it due to ice covered roads. Jones then began reversing, at which time a vehicle traveling southbound on CTH S, driven by Veronica J. Blum, 31, of Belvidere (IL) failed to slow down due to the road conditions and side swiped the school bus. Jones and Blum advised they were uninjured and wearing their seatbelts. Blum’s vehicle sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The school bus sustained functional damage, with no airbag deployment, and was driven from the scene.  

On March 5:

● At 4:47 a.m., Deputies responded to the intersection of STH 11 & CTH G, in the Town of Spring Grove, for a reported motor vehicle crash with injuries. The investigation found that a vehicle driven by Yanibet R. Espinoza, 33, of Freeport, was traveling northbound on CTH G when she failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection with STH 11. Espinoza then traveled across STH 11 and into a private driveway where she collided with a retaining wall, a tree, and then the vehicle overturned. Espinoza reported that she was wearing her seatbelt and sustained minor injury. The vehicle sustained disabling damage, with airbag deployment, and was towed from the scene. The investigation resulted in Espinoza being cited for Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Failure to Control Vehicle, and Operating Without a Valid Driver’s License. Espinoza was later released pending court.  Green County EMS, Brodhead EMS, and Juda Fire Department assisted at the scene.
