MONROE — A man charged with child sex offenses in Dodge County now faces similar charges of having sexual relations with a child and child sex trafficking in Green County, according to officials, court records and published reports.
Terry Gould, whose most recent address is in Reeseville, has been charged with 12 felonies including repeated sexual assault of the same child and trafficking of a child. And in Dodge County Gould, 46, also is facing eight felony charges including repeated sexual assault of the same child; sexual intercourse with a child; and incest of a child by stepparent.
Gould has lived in several locations in recent years.
“All of the charges relate to incidences alleged to have occurred in the Village of Albany,” said District Attorney Craig Nolen.
Authorities declined to discuss the pending case in detail.
Gould appeared before Judge Faun Marie Phillipson during a hearing Sept 8. He next faces arraignment — where Gould will enter a plea — at his next court date Nov. 11 before Phillipson.
In the Dodge County case, he is accused of crimes against two victims on multiple occasions. The charges there and in Green County are punishable by potentially hundreds of years in prison.
One of the victims allegedly said that the abuse happened “more times than he can count on his fingers and toes,” according to a report by the Watertown Daily Times, citing the criminal complaint there.
Court records show Gould posted $25,000 bond in Green County. He posted $5,000 bond in Dodge County last April 6. His trial there is set for February 27, 2023 before Circuit Judge Kristine A. Snow.
The bond in both counties was contingent on a number of factors, including that the defendant have no contact with the victim, no contact with anyone under 18; and he is banned from schools or parks.
