Misdemeanors

●  Ryan Todd King, 35, Monroe, was sentenced Oct. 14 to two years on probation after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and intimidation to dissuade complaints. Conditions of his probation include counseling for domestic violence, mental health and alcohol or other drug abuse (AODA). His court assessments total $1,629. The case stems from a domestic abuse incident June 8 in the N5500 block of County N, Town of Washington.

●  Jeffery Kenneth Norton, 34, Monroe, was sentenced Oct. 14 to 18 months of incarceration and six months on extended supervision after having his probation revoked on misdemeanor convictions of disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping and pleading no contest to misdemeanor bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer. He is ordered to be on alcohol electronic monitoring.

●  Bradley Allen Miller, 31, Oregon, pleaded no contest Oct. 6 to a misdemeanor count of escape and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. His court assessments total $448. The case stems from an incident Feb. 3 while Miller was incarcerated at the Green County Jail and allowed out on Huber work release for a job at the Burger King in Monroe. Court records indicate he ended his shift at 1 p.m. and was pre-approved to have one hour to walk back to the jail, but he did not return by 2 p.m. At 5:20 p.m., he was brought back to the jail by two family members and “highly intoxicated.” A breathalyzer test showed a blood-alcohol level of 0.161%.
