n  Jane Michelle Wise, 57, Albany, pleaded no contest July 9 to a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. A misdemeanor charge of battery was dismissed. She owes the court $267.50. The case stems from an incident in September 2017 at her home on Jackson Street. The criminal complaint indicates she had been drinking, became upset and jumped on top of a man, pinning him down and hitting him in the face and neck before leaving.
