On Feb. 16:

● 11:56 p.m., Police responded to the 1100 block of W 2nd Ave. for an Alcohol Offense; a subject with intoxicants outside a tavern. Contact was made and a warning was issued.

On Feb. 17:

● 7 citations for violation of the City’s Winter Parking ordinance were issued.

On Feb. 18:

● 7:30 a.m., Police responded to the 300 block of E 9th Ave. for the report of Disorderly Conduct; a vehicle covered in chalk paint. This matter remains under investigation.

● 5:32 p.m., Police responded to the 700 block of W 3rd Ave. for the report of Suspicious Activity; a subject received a call from someone claiming to be a family member. No information was released by the complainant; informational case only.

● 9:31 p.m., Police responded to the 700 block of 21st St for Suspicious Activity; door open at a business. Contact was made with the owners of the business; no other suspicious activity was observed.

● 11:40 p.m., Police responded to the 1000 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of Disorderly Conduct; subject involved in an altercation. This matter remains under investigation.

On Feb. 19:

● 8:45 p.m., Police responded to the 1900 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of an Animal Problem; a dog running at large. The owner was contacted and a warning was issued.

On Feb. 20:

● 2:12 p.m., Police responded to the N400 block of 1st Center Ave. for the report of Fraud; an item was purchased with the complainant’s information. This matter remains under investigation.

● 9:18 p.m., Police responded to the 100 block of Juniper Ave. for the report of Suspicious Activity; an unknown subject at a residence. Police contacted the subject who was attempting to deliver paperwork; no other suspicious activity was located.

On Feb. 21:

● 12:58 a.m. , Police responded to the 800 block of E 3rd Ave. for Suspicious Activity; a vehicle door left open. This appeared to be an oversight; the vehicle was secured and the owner was notified.

● 1:23 a.m., Police responded to the 1600 block of 1st Center Ave. for Suspicious Activity; a subject at a business after hours. Contact was made and the subject had permission to be on the premises; no other suspicious activity was located.
