Convicted of sexually assaulting minors, Allen to be released today
MONROE - A man convicted of sexually assaulting minors in 2008 and 2011 will be released today from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections to a Monroe residence. Robert William Allen, 34, was convicted of two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim between the ages of 13 and 16 in Stephenson County in 2008. Allen was also convicted of one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child in Green County in 2011.
