Competency of man charged for interfering with child custody questioned

MONROE - A competency exam has been ordered for an Evansville man charged in October with repeatedly absconding with a New Glarus girl. Keith Daniel Hartje, 21, also faces new charges that he broke conditions of his $10,000 signature bond. Six counts of felony bail jumping were filed against him Tuesday.
