MONROE - In a meeting Wednesday, the City of Monroe Plan Commission:
Held a public hearing regarding a proposal to amend boundaries of Business Improvement District and proposed 2010 Operating Plan.
Discussed and adopted proposed 2010 BID operating plan and designate amended Business Improvement District boundaries. The plan and boundary designations move next to Common Council for approval.
Reviewed request for and took no action on a change of zoning for property located at 1807 12th Avenue from M-1 (Light Industrial District) to B-2 (General Business District).
Discussed and approved a petition for direct annexation by unanimous approval for John Baumann (to annex part of Monroe Country Club land) and designated it a R-1 (Residential) zoning.
Member John Frantz was absent.
