MONROE - In a meeting Wednesday, the City of Monroe Insurance Committee discussed and voted unanimously to recommend to council to approve a cost breakdown to charge back insurance costs to other city entities and departments, an accounting process which is slated to begin next year. Mayor Ron Marsh will bring the specific details back to the committee.
