MONROE - During a meeting Tuesday, the City of Monroe Finance and Taxation Committee:
• Authorized approval for purchase of antivirus software, for two years for $1,500, to serve all city computers. The cost will be paid from the city hall capital fund account.
• Recommended to council to designate public depositories and authorize withdrawal of public money.
• Discussed and recommended to council to approve an acquisition capability statement for the 8th/9th Street project.
• Discussed and recommended to council to approve a contract with Wisconsin License Center for Police Department to be a vendor for registration renewals.
